The most important part of your birthing experience is your mindset. During your pregnancy, train your mind to remain calm and focused and you can manifest a soothing birthing experience for your new baby.
I listened to affirmations throughout my pregnancies and manifested 3 beautiful waterbirths. So I know this works. Listen to the affirmations once a day leading up to your birth.
