Yeah man same here! I got it when it first came out and I don't think it was just the production maybe it was too technical?? I didn't really get into until I found this show last year. That's why I always loved live recordings. It brings some of the songs on the album to life even better live to me.
Rapture nowadays, don't sound half this INSANE since Pete s not in the band. Not that their current drummer is bad, but Pete s sound is unmistakable, You can't beat that without another titan drummer. His playing really fleshes this bands tunes out.

I kind of moved on from MA after the Domination album. This is the first time I've heard Steve Tucker, I still like Vincent better, but Tucker sure wasn't a shitty replacment.
@@devilxking2😂 I tuned out after BATS but I'm sure 99% of people even casually into Morbid Angel don't give a shit beyond Covenant and 100% of metal fans would see your weak bait-post for what it is. Terrible attempt at trolling.
Formulas fatal to the flesh was a hell of a debut (no pun intended) for tucker. You're missing out if you don't hear that one. possibly morbid angel at their most visceral and pissed off.
At least 3, but I think I recall someone mention 4. The original neck, then the B.C Rich 6-in line headstock (the one on the 'GIB in this video) that's a bit wider than normal around Formulas or possibly way earlier than that, and now the unmarked reverse version of that wider B.C. Rich headstock that he's got on it currently.
i really love steve tucker's "there is stick in my butt and i love it" attitude. it's a shame that today trey can't even handle his instrument (due to "painkillers" usage) but is striving to be very eloquent in spitting out q-anon propaganda along pete. and evil dave still milks his morbid angel past with some losers, pete excluded, in i am morbid past whilst donnig fat goth cowboy outfit and convincing his bandmates in vltimas to not to call maniac or messiah to record vocal tracks for that band (what would really give a punch to vlitmas songs).

Cheers mate.
This is much needed. Thank you for your selfless service to the community.
Swamp Horror is the name of the creepy intro during their soundcheck...in case someone is wondering.
Trey coming out smiling, the crowd not knowing Trey drops nukes…
Absolute death metal perfection. Pete's drumming and Treys riffs and leads, untouchable.
Ironic that death metal of the era feels more life affirming than the digital industry produced crap today.
I was in the army in 1989 when I first heard morbid angel, to this day it is one of my favorite bands. \m/
Cool
1:05:23 ABSOLUTE ACID TERROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trey inspires me to learn how to make music.
BACK WHEN METAL RULED THE WORLD.
The best of times for sure!
These vocals are sick 😮
Yep. Tucker era is best MA
Yes this show and Kingdoms and Heretic Gateways Formulas show that!
I remember when I first heard Pete Sandoval and was wtf is he doing?! The man is a legend for sure, a true pioneer.
Beneath the Hollow is such an insane song. The layered riffs are absolutely genius
Peak riff-craft on that tune, indeed.
I loveto purchase this on bluray, or dvd..outstanding classic morbid angel masterpiece
M.A. inspire me on the fretboard. The feeling is just too sweet. FORMULAS GATEWAYS HERETIC COVENANT.
Those are My feelings too. The other albums are great, but those three are peak for me too.
When Steve first comes out on stage and says "It's Morbid time!" .... Chills.
Its MORBIN time!
I’ve been binging on this era of the band… Steve Tucker MA >>> for me. Finally getting into heretic after all these years lol

I was there. SOOOO loud i remeber. haha. But they killed it.
Jeesss what a voice
Super show but the dam video director …… Trey getting the least video focus out of the four band members ……. What an idiot
Oh yeah, Pete "the feet" aka Commando, Sandoval!

Late 90’s : early 2000’s … the golden era of Death Metal … I feel blessed to be a part of it all.
Surely that era marked the decline of death metal. You're thinking early 90s.

This is maybe the best morbid angel live recording so far
Bad quality man very bad
For sure
Your understanding of what makes a good live recording is doubtful.
I agree. For this band to sound this good is a testimony to their tightness and professionalism.

There is a very good reason for the orange color. 99.999% will not know why.

Has the original upload of this been deleted? Thanks for uploading this set again
Yes
The first Tucker era was the absolute pinnacle of Morbid Angel.

This live performance is mixed far better than their last 3 or 4 studio albums.... absolutely massive

It did get taken down, sadly.
So they let MB play and Fatboy slim came on after that?

sick but needs more backing tracks, synced lights, amp modelers and 250 phones filming for the 'gram. just kidding. it doesn't.
great, no trigger on kick drums 😀👍👏

why do they barely show Trey during his solos?... Its censored material.
Trey's channel was blocked? Somebody knows why?

2004? I thought it was 1992
I wish they didn’t keep switching cameras and would focus on each person for longer, especially for treys solos they barely show him
