The 2024 Grand Chess Tour consists of three rapid and blitz events and two classical events. Nine full participants play classical events and at least two rapid and blitz events, while "wildcard" players can be invited to other events. Players compete in each event for prize money and Grand Chess Tour points, with additional prize money going to players according to their final tour standings.
