How I drain and fill my Honda Odyssey's transmission fluid to make it last for ... forever?!

Torque specs and details referenced in this video (for my 2010 Odyssey EX-L) - disclaimer: the torque specs are from Odyclub forum posts, not directly referenced by me from a service manual. I find OdyClub to be very reputable and reliable, but rely on these at your own risk:
Drain bolt: 36 ft. lb.
Fill bolt: 33 ft. lb.
Refill fluid amount for a drain and fill procedure: 3.3 US Quarts.
