i remember watching those series when they came out and i just sucked them up , you guys were totally my heroes , you won't believe how many times since i have wondered what you are all up to now ......and then good old youtube gives me the answer.

Hey John, yes I have been on unsupported overland trips, UK to Vladivostok, via Mongolia & Kazakhstan, UK to the Sahara, UK to Iraq and Syria. Austin Vince is a friend of mine, he has been very encouraging to me in my biking endeavours, and all my overloading adventures are because of him and his film Mondo Enduro, that film gave me the inspiration to do it myself. What an amazing experience, pack your bike and go, you wont regret it.
