I was working in Bangalore and my home was in Chennai. Apart from regular service and taking care of 2T oil, I did not do anything for 5 years. It is the only bike which was problem-free in my history of riding of 25 years. After that bullets I rode for 20 years and now Kawasaki Vulcan.
Nice video. Owned one red coloured Yamaha 135. Used it for office commute and weekend rides. Personally, I'm looking for a Suzuki Shaolin ( India's first 5 geared bike ). I was so impressed and excited to see the advertisement on television that I got myself a new one. It was a wonderful bike and I really enjoyed riding. Really fond memories.
This bike is amazing...and indeed it was ahead of its time. A 135cc that can hold 80+ on the highway is something even the current 150cc bikes aren't able to pull off. I was mighty impressed.
Either your bike has a problem, or you cant stretch it to its max. my RX100 goes to 110+ with a little modification, it can go to 125+. and Rx135 has a top speed of 110 stock and with modification, it will go to 125+.
Hi there.... I've mentioned it in the video that the bike is still under work...there are still certain things which needs to be done on it. Plus I weigh 80kgs and I was riding with a pillion weighing 70kgs... So anyways the bike's performance was additionally affected.
