6:00 Actually most of their songs are from a repeated pool of insanely talented composers, by the time your playlist is filled with Arknights themes you can kinda tell once a new songs come out "oh it's this dude again" lol.
Naming a few like Adam Gubman (who did Towards Her Light, but also did a whole bunch of other iconic songs like Lee's theme, Silver Lining, Winter Absolution, Tipsy, Y1K, Magic Theorem, Awaken...).
THE EITHER who did a bunch of quirky chinese pop with beijing opera elements (daydaydream, randomly randomly, melting white,...).
Obadiah Brown-Beach who did Operation Blade, Eternal Flame, Alive, Spark For Dream, Lullabye, Requiem,...

Jordi(the guy in the song bluish light) is just that guy. Man somehow became the main character during stultifera navis when Laurentian is supposed to be the main character. And he further assert his dominance with the best song that came during the event
And then Tposed on most other medics in the game, by being FREE, and among the best healers in the game. (Though not got crazy support like Warf or Ptilo)

I don't know if you're interested but, there is this video in arknights that's always missed by most content creator that react to arknights because it's not in the playlist, which is the "Terra Exploration", there is 3 of them (2 from arknights channel & 1 from bilibili which has a english sub in youtube) it's about 9-10mins total. They're more like introduction to different regions that Terra* (Arknights world) has .

I'm so glad to see you hear these, but I saw Real Me, Spark for Dream, and March On comin up next and I am just as excited as I was for this one. Too many bangers for only one video and it's tragic.
You should listen to towerfierce, its the bgm from the chapter 8 pv. The one where they fight talulah. The song just keeps raising and it get you really hyped

Victoria is the nation the girl from. And sargon is another nation on the other side of the map(i think). The part of the lyrics where you ask the question basically saying that no matter where you are, you always got a home in your home nation
After experiencing the character/events related to these EP's just make them hit so much harder. You get so much context to the songs and lyrics; a patriotic girl who loves her homeland but anxious of it as well; a noble lad carrying great suffering, loss and pressures on his back; a phoenix out for revenge. Even without playing the game, exploring the world, story & characters is such an experience!
Love seeing you enjoy the music so much as well, can't wait to see you check out the rest! Also, it is a shame we can't listen to many of these in-game as well some way, but the music we already do get in the game hits just as hard either way.

He is XD That boy is Ebenholz, 1 of the newest 6 stars in the game. The story of his event mainly focuses on him playing flute with his friend who plays cello but died due to "a voice" that is already broken inside him. Ebenholz also has one but luckily doesn't being damaged (that's why has a lyric at 8:05). The man feels so sad but can't do anything to help

She is a flame though, I mean she can cast fire and that is her hometown, Victoria (the same as the first EP, Saileach also lives in Victoria) and her name is Reed - the flame shadow so that is why the EP has that name
Flameshadow is a theme for Reed, who's a fire user girl who's been raised to be the backup of her older sister (the shadow), who's the heir to the violent rebellion they lead in Victoria. She finally decides she's DONE with that life though, and decides she wants to slip out from her sister's shadow and face the light on her own.

All places mentioned on the songs are in the game. They all more or less sound like real world places.
The depressing tone of the second song is very fitting. That character is from an event where the NPC that is the character's brother ends up becoming the final boss of the event against his will, and the character then has to kill his brother.

Kinda accurate guess but at the same time wrong on the song itself lol. Hope you'll like the game enough to stay and play the rerun of "Lingering Echoes" event, where this character (Ebenholz) appears. His story is a tragic one, indeed.
Reed the Flame Shadow (11:50 chara theme) is my favorite so far from the game, simply beautiful.
(5:00) Victoria in Terra is another version of United Kingdom in Earth.
Towards Her Light - the theme of Saileach, a standardbearer in the Victorian military. She gets disillusioned during the story but her love for her country, its people and the simpler things in life still remain.
Standchen - the theme of Ebenholz, a former Leithanien noble and the last descendant of its previous king. A group tries to resurrect that king through Ebenholz and his friend. He faces quite a bit of inner turmoil during and after the event.
Flame Shadow - the theme of Reed alter, a former member of Victorian royalty. After god knows how long of just following orders like a tool she has finally found the strenght and conviction to do what she deems necessary.
Revel in the Real - theme of Ling, honestly don't have much to say about it.
Bluish Light - the theme of Lumen, just a normal guy from Iberia. He gets dragged into matter that go way above his head. An ordinary person in an extraorinary situation. Through bravery and determination he shows that even ordinary people can play a crucial role.
Eternal Flame - theme of Fiammetta, a Lateranian overseer. A person she trusted "betrayed" her comrades in the past and she kind of blames herself for it. She won't stop until she has her revenge. Honestly, the following line from the event summarizes her character pretty well - "Lemuen forgave you. Mostima forgave you. Yvangelista XI forgave you. Even if all of Laterano forgives you...I will not."
Day 16 of recommending some Punishing Gray Raven soundtracks. Specifically Narwhal, Hikari, and Lamia. Huge jammers. Maybe some gameplay of the characters as well. (Especially Bianca Astygma and the new vergil Alpha)
You should definitely check W's theme. It's one of the best

@@mikazukiaugus1273 I am aware, but if he goes to the one that is only the music, not the context, it is a very good song on its own. Getting to find the context hits no less hard when you hear it. It is entirely possible to be spoiled early for it and it is unfortunate when it does happen.

For revel in the real, quite a few of the instruments used are Chinese instruments. The flute sounding instruments (the high shrill one) is the dizi, the lower string instrument (the one that seems to trade blows with the flute) is probably an erhu. And the plucked instrument (the one that sounds a bit like a guitar), I'm not 100% sure, but it could be a pipa, some kind of ruan or the guzheng. If someone can correct me please do. There's also some kind of Chinese drum, but the rest of the instruments are probably parts of a western orchestra.
