Love these journal accents. As you spoke it triggered other similar things to try or make very similar tabs. The ideas flowed right off my brain like ice melting (I sure hope my brain wasn't melting too, Ha!). I have some tiny buttons to try as well as colorful fabrics, lace, and ribbons.
