I am sure you do . Sorry. and more of us miss our Dad thats what most of us say... spend as much time as you can with family... We never know the last day
WOW! The Toyota came out much easier that I thought it would. The running board definitely helped to save the vehicle from going over and also helped to save the rocker panel and body from severe damage. Good job Casey and Dad! 👍💯..
@@CaseyLaDelle Absolutely and you made it look easy! Even though you say that you "Never said you were good at this" .......... I don't believe you ! LOL. Thank you Casey , I appreciate you.
@@CaseyLaDelle Yup, some days are like that, and I like those kind of jobs that turn out way better and easier than I thought they wood/ would! Don't ya just love it, when a good plan comes together? Nicely done, Casey...carry on!
That was quite amazing! I reminded me of an accident I had many years ago just out of Crescent City, CA. I was driving an old Honda Civic (very small) and hit ice on a curve. I spun 180 degrees and popped over the edge of the road and landed on the drivers side - held only by a large bush. I could see down the cliff through the bush for about 2-300 hundred feet. I didn't know whether to move or freeze. I decided to climb out the passenger side and back up on to the road. Someone called a wrecker and they got me right back up on the road. As I was waiting, I could move my car back and forth on that bush. I learned to appreciate the value of shubbery that day.
Watching Casey is kind of like watching a good pool game when the player has to call his shots before hand. That recovery happened just the way he planned. -- Thanks for the fun upload. ---
I love how Casey always tells us "I never said I was good at this" and then gives us video evidence that he is lying! He makes it look so easy. I also can't believe you didn't comment on the wylie the coyote sticker, maybe that's just an old guys sense of humor.
It is a good motto that gets people's attention and yes, he shows everyone that he is actually really good at this work. Figuring out the physics and angles takes some work of course, but Casey seems to be a natural at it.
The rock that held the weight of the world. I gotta say I love listening to how you pull vehicles out of tight situations. And seeing how it all works. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Remember the kids cartoon, I think it was 'Mighty Mouse'? When he would go to help he'd sing, "Here I come to save the DAY!" I am reminded of that every time I see your video pop up in my feed. You ARE a super hero Casey, and you too give folks the warm and fuzzies. Thank you for being that light in the dark for so many in need.
Casey, I'm going to call BS on you on this one - you make the statement of "I never said I was good at this" - and this one proves that to be totally a lie! Watching you winch this rig back off the rock and onto the road shows just how much skill you do have. We just got to see an artist in his true environment on this one - job super well done!
That rock saved Brennin from having a very-very bad day! As they say, "could have been worse". Great job using what you had available. Tell grumpy he has competition for camera man.
That was one scary recovery, very lucky driver there. After that he sure would be entitled to use some colorful language. Watching you get vehicles & people out of these situations is informative & entertaining. Sometimes I forget people can get hurt. Hoping you dad is alright after his fall on the ice, make sure he gets checked out & drive him home if you need to. Bring Riley along & let it be 1 of your road trips, with dad & grandpa. Maybe keep ice cleats in your trucks, for your use, be careful out there.
Casey you might need the spikes on your shoes😉😁. ENJOYED VIDEO! That guy was very lucky. AWESOME JOB getting it pulled up without any more damage and saving the truck from going down the hill! Be Safe! Keep Your Head Up! 👍
I usually don't say "Holy 🤬" when I watch these recoveries, but I did this time when I saw where the 4Runner was perched. SUPER job getting this guy out!!!
This is one of the times I imagine a Rescue Airbag might come in handy. Once secured, lift the truck off the rock enough to slide in some wood blocking to keep the rest of the frame from dragging and catching on the boulder. Of course, now you have to have wood blocks as well. And once again Casey proves why he's the doer and we are the watchers.
Daaaaammn, that’s a wicked fall if that rock wasn’t there!!😲🫣 Nicely done and I am so happy for the owner of that SUV that that rock was there!! Thanks for sharing your view of the world!! It’s beautiful and I’m a little bit jelly, lol.. Only because I’m on the east coast not the west and I hear soo many good things about it! But I’m just as grateful to be able to see thru your amazing videos! Take Care, Nj✌🏼
Good job. Worked really well having 2 rigs. I've got 2 sets of the ice spikes. Only wear them after the 3rd slip & fall, got to work on the timing some!
Hey Casey I never knew what a soft shackle was until I watched your channel. A few nights ago at work I used that knowledge to get a Tesla out of a sandwich parked position. So, thank you for educating me and the ability to use your knowledge in my life. You da man!
It's funny, I always saw soft shackles on MORR and was like "I should get one... nah, when will I ever pull a vehicle without a recovery point?" Surely enough I ended up getting one at christmas as since then I've helped 3 different people pull their car out of the snow 😂😂
First glance that is a precarious situation. What an awesome recovery Casey! So rad you were close and could bring the truck along to save this Yota. That went so smooth!
Bet that guy had the pucker factor going when he was sliding off the road and great video and great job with the recovering and God bless from GA and stay safe
Sometimes you get the feeling that only you can drive.....even when they reverse on a road, you tell them how to drive 😂.Greetings from Sweden where we also have snow.
Hope this guy realizes how lucky he was, this was one of the best case scenarios for the situation. Plus by the grace of God that rock was there to stop him from rolling. He does work in mysterious ways.
Three things Casey… 1. Glad dad was with you for the assist. 2. Very glad to see you have the customer put the vehicle in park when working behind it. 3. Best opening drone footage ever… Lol!!!
I believe it is a camera on a long pole and some fancy software to remove the pole from the video. It fails to remove the shadow of the pole if the sun ever shines.
Super job but really dangerous. He could’ve gone down the side and gotten killed. Glad you were able to help him out. Bless bless you again. Stay safe.💜🦋
He was VERY lucky twice. Forst when the rock caught his truck. Second is when he got you to recover his car. Im pretty sure that not many could have recovered that car as well as you did. Kudos to Casey
NICE JOB Casey! Fastest Recovery in the West😎 After I had no idea how you were going to pull that truck off of that rock with the track jeep?....and then I figured whatever you came up with was going to take hours. Brilliant Idea - use both of your trucks...lol Plus how fortunate & lucky did that guy get wrecking like that but ending up on the frame clear of any obstructions to use as a slide rail. Imagine if the tip of that rock had been shoved up inbetween the frame and transmission and binded up the linkage...FM Thanks again as always for another sharing another great recovery with us all.🥰
Looking at that from my recliner I'd have to say that guy was very lucky that rock was there 🤣. It very well could of been a long ride to the bottom 😜. Great job guys 👍.

Looks like the Vehicle would have rolled over had it not been for the rock. I would call it a save!

The damage that rock did is likely way less than if the vehicle had rolled over and off into the woods.
