Sounds like a problem with your resource permissions. If this is Azure AD, then you will need to use a Security Group, not a Distribution Group or Local Central Group. If this is OKTA, please review the Groups Claim Expression and ensure the OKTA Group is part of it. You can also reach out to Sophos Support if you have a problem.
I could log in with the IDP but my resources didn't appear ."Your administrator hasn't added any resources here." this is my luck.
