I like what you did here. This would work at Eurovision.- it's a bit more dance and a bit less opera. Still think the "nothing holding me down" backing vocals could be improved.
It’s an OK version for mass airplay - but I don’t think this version would have won the Australia Decides competition when you measure it up against Electric Fields’ and Sheppard’s entries, as it’s almost too predictable and “safe”. KMH’s live performance at the Australian final was daring and dangerous - it had the excitement/energy of feeling like she could fall off physically, vocally or musically at any moment, but overcame all to pull it together in performance - I reckon she could pull off this version in her sleep, and it might risk sounding like that in live performance.

I absolutely agree with the top comments.. It's so underated.. But any version she sung live would be something.... The complexity of the song lost on many, not me, but I believe on the night it will be the one out of all of them.. She may not win but it won't be because it's not one of the best
