We (by "We" I mean Kenya) is set to build a 525 km Toll Expressway from Mombasa City to Nairobi City. The planned expressway is a dual-carriage motorway with initially four lanes, expandable to six lanes in the future.

Germany hav his own rules and Tanzania hav his own rules so to reach easier to destinations no needed to go speed unlimited bcouse we hav even limits of population of 8pmils so better to reach in destinations than going over speed means of our country faster tracking system so we hav our rules we don't needed any other country rules to follow-up ,as far we hav our law and our government of Tanzania East Africa, so we can follow up our rules as well we hav several forest in middle of roads and animals which we needed to saved their lives too and reason we going by limits of speed of 120kph
