I also realized that it is very rare to face ui sign when you specifically run a team with a red unit. I feel like the dev are behind this match making system because they know that to counter ui sign all the teams will have a red unit. And since ui is last big headline that closed the anniversary, they want players to enjoy using ui as much as possible without them being worried about facing a red unit. Goresh alos mentioned this in one or his recent video. Everything is predicted by the dev

This is something i noticed actually.
When you go in a match up, it'll pair you with people that have advantage elements over you, or, they don't have a disadvantage unit against you
Basically, when you build your team specifically against a certain unit, it'll never pop up

I heard from a little birdy that pvp matches checks to see your team setup and tries not to put you in games like what you are trying to do. This will ensure that the person who spent some money on the ultra does not feel discouraged. Or something like that, and since you are using Hit and he is a red unit, you know how it goes.
You could also make a video about red transforming Gokua... It's fun to use and honestly does nice damage to ui after his purple card
Basically ultra ui goku is hit but better
Not much color null ui 3 sec of color null on defeated battle member
Hit has 30/ damage inflicted against blue element
Same green card for both
Same blue card but ui better because of card destruction
Ui takes opponent outta the way early and once you are locked there's no way out
Same for hit but somehow you can disrupt his time skip by tapping out
Also both heals pretty much same
Ui has unique gauge to dodge + dokababi nullifying
So ui a bit more better than hit

i use him together with Corrupted Zamasu. The amount of tanking both of these do against majority of the units is insanity! ...unless you put them up against a blue 😂But Rosé protects them from that so i'm Gucci. Given that i Zenkai buff them both twice, But having at least 1 is required in today's Meta 😔

Ultra ui is so good but has the most weaknesses because yellow units are red units food (ultra hit needs a plat)
