- Nick Magnus guests with the Steve Hackett acoustic band to perform this classic track from the Defector album, duetting with maestro Rob Townsend on soprano sax. Big thanks to Roger King for insuring his keyboard for an additional driver!

I do remember to close my eyes and hear this song when i played on my radio show. It was a pleasure to play it to the listeners.
One of my favorite songs from Defector. Beautiful.
One of my favourite pieces that Nick did with Steve Hackett. Masterful and atmospheric.
Beautiful. I always love listening to Nick's playing and this piece moves me every time I hear it.
Thank you Geoff! 😊
Bravo...always a pleasure
Nick and Steve, match made in Heaven.
One of my favourite Hacket/Magnus tunes. So good to see Nick on stage - cant wait for the new album Nick!
Long live Nick!
Good to see you on stage!
My all time favourite Magnus composition, I would sell a kidney to get a video tutorial of the piano
That’s my too kind, many decades talented pal Nick of this Los Angeles guitarist I know since the days I was in Swiss progrock band Flame Dream. Nick used to visit me at my Los Angeles house.
One of my favorites, but you knew that!
Lovely to hear you play this again Nick!
Beautiful! x
This is awesome!
The Roland FP-7 no doubt!
That was delightful!
No need to add words 😍
They added the words when india rubber man was written!
Fantastic! Is It a Hackett composition? Did he write on a piano???? By the way, beautiful!
Well, he certainly wrote it as a vocal piece, but after hearing Nick play the melody on a Bosendorfer piano, he thought it would work better as an instrumental duet with Steve on his Roland guitar synth. Nick also played a Mellotron and Prophet-5 which were mixed together in the track.
