I have a zero balance on it, but it's nice to know I have it for an extreme emergency (if I ever need to use it). @@baronn9809A credit card and your credit score are two different things, however a credit card will affect your credit score if you use it improperly and irresponsibly. Retail store credit cards don't count unless you default and they report it to the credit agencies. The less you make, chances are, you're going to get behind or miss payments. There is where the money is made. There's no money to be made on those that are disciplined and diligent. If you have secured credit cards or cards with low limits if will be hard to get a travel card. BUT, there is a way to get it. Anytime you’re preapproved. Take a picture before you push the button. That way you can get that inquiry off of your credit report.
Not sure if you're doing this or not but do not put self-employed on any credit application. If you have an LLC give yourself a job title. It can be whatever you want. If you have the money get a secured card with a 5 to 6000 credit limit but you must deposit that much into the account. @AustonHolleman Nigeria has a population of 220mil the U.S has 330mil that's why they're everywhere. Also it's predicted by the year 2034 Nigeria will have surpassed the US in population 354mil.
The hack for me was I invested in myself. So I took like 10k and put that all into various secure cards. One 5k, two 2500. Thats 3 primary tradelines. I did this because once unsecured my limit will start there as well as other cc companies do what's called comparable credit. It only took 3 months of spending for all 3 of them to be unsecured and I have gotten my 10k back already.

For credit card, a relative can add you in to his or her account. The relative will have a separate card than you, but will share the credit limit with you. I added a relative to my account now he has a $1k card. Beware, if the relative does not pay on time, it will reflect negatively on you also, even though you do not owe on it.
Not sure where your credit score is, however, chase sapphire preferred card is great for traveling. Reward points, etc. If you haven’t checked them out, it’s worth it. Plus no foreign fees. 😂
Hello Austin, would it have made a difference if you applied for the credit cards before you left the U.S? I mean idk maybe there could be a better chance for it to work?
I learned something new today. I didn't know being a passport bro was associated with cheapness, or trying to save a lot of money 😄
Part of the passport bros thing was always stretching dollar
Financial responsibility is a virtue. Making it rain is dumb.
Nah it’s what you make it.

Once you leave the States silly habits make you stand out. Everyone can then see that you are a dumb American.
The normal people will avoid you and the dangerous people will target you.
This is the most childish comment I ever saw. It's called being an adult.
I spent a bit of time at Abu Dhabi the capital of United Arab Emirates way back in my ole military day. The Russian tourist used to fly into Abu Dhabi for vocation. I once walked through terminal there and all the Russian ladies was looking at me like they had never see a black man in person before. It may had been because I was wearing my flight suit. I had someone from that part of the world tell me that personally a year or two later.
Hey Auston - maybe you have said previously, but what kind of camera are you filming with?
Word bro, 'People act different outside their home country.'
A lot of chicks from Croatia would hit me up on dating sites, you should try there too. I guess they're down for brown too 😂
You'll never have to worry about the looks fam. I was on contract out there for 2yrs My ex is Romanian and they have no problem approaching you. Trust if they wanna holla they'll come directly to you lol. Enjoy it bruva..
Austin, you darn right-be shameless. Be not concerned with what people think, for thine own sake. Do you always simply because no one else is going to care for you but you. And if they don’t like, what can they do about it but be jealous. Ha-Haaaa, you know what I’m talking bout. Proud of you fella, yep real proud… Enjoy your life
Regarding your point on Nigerians (as a Nigerian myself), we’re not necessarily super friendly like what you’re used to in the south. Those of us in the US are though because it’s more part of the culture here.
When did he say this? At what time in the video?
@@tyaler9805 it was early in the video. He was talking specifically about his interactions with Nigerians.
He hasn't been to Nigeria😂...He only likes Kenya
I love Dubai. Every woman in the world is there.
@AustonHolleman Nigeria has a population of 220mil the U.S has 330mil that's why they're everywhere. Also it's predicted by the year 2034 Nigeria will have surpassed the US in population 354mil.
My boy getting money
😂😂
The hack for me was I invested in myself. So I took like 10k and put that all into various secure cards. One 5k, two 2500. Thats 3 primary tradelines. I did this because once unsecured my limit will start there as well as other cc companies do what's called comparable credit. It only took 3 months of spending for all 3 of them to be unsecured and I have gotten my 10k back already.
The comments, bro.
the latitude lmao and yeah credit sucks ill be applying for a mileage card after i buy my property
Try for the venture cards
Good luck with women in eastern Europe it will be somewhat exspensive in Eastern Europe
Bank of America just got sued with how they give travel credit
Now thats some real shit! I Like.... Now the cards I cannot understand that one. People with no credit can get the major ones.
