Andrew, i am following you for a while now, I see the channel growing but in my opinion it could be larger already, let's say it this way, there isn't anything wrong with the commitment you give to this channel. Keep the video's coming, and please more video's about the Riverlandings RV resort, I really love that series. If I ever come in the financial position I will migrate to the US (with the trump thing it is almost impossible right now) and buy an RV and just enjoy life, but yeah I must win the lottery or something. Never been to the USA but it is my Top Dream, and when my daughter is grown up I will travel there that is for sure!. But enough about my silly dream, keep the video's coming really love them!. Ooh and a tip to solve the light flickering raise the Shutter Speed on the go pro, I think you have to keep it above 60 for the US lighting.

Catching-up on some of your older vids. Like others that commented; I really like the interior of this coach - very classy. A couple (admittedly picky) comments: I don’t get the extra sink right across from the bathroom. With the kitchen sink, that means 3 sinks in a small area. Seems like that space could have been better utilized. Also; I really don’t get that bench in the bedroom. Weird. Maybe they were hiding some encroachment from outside storage or engine compartment ? Again; could be better utilized. Beautiful coach though. Thank you again for doing this. Love your channel.
Very nice for a 13 year old coach and around 6k miles per year, not bad, nice colors and tones, personally, I don't care for carpet at all so having that in the bedroom kind of kills it for me, but, nice coach, nice colors. Another great vid Andrew and as always stay safe and give Sadie some love for me.

would not surprise me if the new price was $1.6 m, so 599K is not that far off. Also being last year (2007) of pre-DEF and other modern diesel emissions crap adds a premium as you most definitely will have lower power train expenses and better performance as well.
Come on Andrew, get your info straight. That is an 07 build on an 06 chassis with a DDEC V. That is pre DEF and Pre DPF but it is a EGR Motor. But that series Detroit the EGR is easy enough to delete if the owner so wanted. Nice to see you in a real converter bus.
I like the ext paint, like overall interior, more practical, not flashy Vegas style. Low miles, 20k Gen. 3 slides, nice wood finish, definitely a good buy.
That's a nice design it feels a lot like a home some of the units are very busy while others are very plain this one feels a lot like a house well still being high-end

Are there coaches where the showers are bigger for the bigger folks? Is the toilet area more roomier in other coaches and have bigger toilet seats? Does the dining table extend out for people with bigger bellies? Are there coaches with double beds for passengers? Plus, why did they stop putting gas ranges in coaches? Viewing the engine if it's possible is another idea. Just giving some thoughts.
Mary Kate buy us like around (7) million dollars of used nice rv's for special (VIP), in Huston, Willow, and for the property by the big susitina. Spend wisely. These won't be driven around too much except maybe two we all agree on for summer camp outs up around Glen Allen, Denali, McKinley park and back
I'd bet the buyer when new got a really good deal considering the economic depression @ the time when very few buy Lux products like this.If the asking price is paid a pretty good profit on this coach💰

That looks amazing. But since most of these are used by couples, aren't they just too big for most RV parks? I've found it's a pain in the butt to have to park your Wrangler somewhere else because it won't fit in front of your coach in your spot...
Andrew! You are making great videos of $600,000 to $2,300,000 RVs. Think of the audience these types of videos attract. Words like “kind of” and cool just don’t fit. It IS a curved couch, it’s not kind of curved. Your videos are great, just try to get the vocabulary a little more sophisticated. I find myself counting how many times you say those phrases rather than concentrating on the features of the coach. Just a few words of advice. Good luck!
I love the floorplan. I could live with it. But that couch fabric pattern gotta go. I'd probably spend the first 6 months changing a few things. The price is great. Most likely I would rent this out professionally.
