    🔥SUPER CUTE SPORT UTE🔥 || We recently spent the day with a brand new 2021 Mazda CX30 Premium, and we gotta say - what a FUN car to drive! For its sophomore year, there isn’t much new other than Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard, and Mazda has also added a turbo engine into the mix. Our tester had the non-turbo engine. All engines, though, are a 2.5L 4 cylinder mated to a 6-speed auto transmission. Our car had 186hp, which was plenty of power for everyday driving both on the highway & city, and to take on the twists and turns of back country roads. The turbo power plant pumps out a whopping 250hp, and scoots from 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds; the non turbo does it in about 8.1 seconds. The CX30 is based on the Mazda 3, sharing its powertrain and nearly identical interior, which is about as luxurious as you can get before actually being in a luxury car. The CX30 is nimble, athletic and a pure joy to drive enthusiastically, and comes available with FWD standard on the base engine while AWD is a $1400 option; if you go with a turbo model, AWD is standard. Think of this as a raised, roomier 3, that starts around $23,000 for the base and can clock in at $35,000 for the loaded Turbo Premium Plus - WATCH as we explain why this 2021 CX30 should be at the top of your list!!

    Have had a 2020 for two months now and I debated about upgrading to a 5 for more space but this vehicle is hugging me so gently I don’t know if I want to let it go..I love the handling. The console feels so luxury. I have driven a Volvo XC90 and wanted to go down to a 60 or 40 but the sticker price made me shop a little farther. I still wanted to have a clean crisp and upscale feel and this CX30 does just what I need it to do. I’m a new empty nester and the size is perfect for me just driving by myself.. I love ❤️ 💗 this little compact.. it gets the job done and looks awesome doing it. I’m pleased.

    I bought this last week, and I freaking love it. Zoom Zoom indeed. I'm a short 67 year old, and this fits me perfectly. Love the leather trim, the moonroof and the awesome Boze premium sound system. It's a blast to drive. Took it up to the Catskills over the weekend, and it killed the country roads, even in the rain. I tested a few more brands, but this one was love at first site/test drive. And it's sexy as hell. Thank you Mazda!

      Do you have ac like I do? It’s just not strong enough as in doesn’t get cold enough like other cars, my sisters cx5 has colder ac. I’ve just never said to myself let me lower the speed or raise the temp because I’m cold. I’ve taken it to the dealer 3 times and they admit it’s not the strongest ac system. I just bought one tonight! 2021 Mazda CX-30 Select AWD. Pleasantly and decently loaded. The Mazda replaced a 2012 Subaru Forrester. My wife and I are thrilled with it. I've also owned a 2007 Mazda6 and there totally is something about the point-and-shoot aspects of Mazdas that are absolutely wonderful about them. They are enthusiast vehicles for sure.

      I’m not sure I’ve driven a CX-3 to the extent that I could really give you a fair answer here! The CX-30, in my opinion, is the better choice solely based on aesthetics and overall vibe. • @lnstarr
    @lnstarr Před 2 lety +4

    Enjoyed the review. I've owned my 2021 Preferred CX-30 for about 6 months. The driving experience is actually excellent. It's nimble, responsive and really does make you feel like an extension of the car. And frankly, it looks as cool as many more expensive luxury cars. Unfortunately there are some issues with it as well. The driver seat seems much smaller than the passenger, making for uncomfortable long trips. After about 2 hours my bottom and the muscles under my thighs begin to cramp. Unfortunately the 2021 Preferred version comes with a sun roof instead of the Bose system. I definitely would have preferred the sound system. Another annoying issue is the height of the entrance to the car. I''m only 5'6, but I'll hit my head on the top of the entrance every time if I don't pay special attention as I enter the driver's side. And I don't know why Mazda decided to force drivers to manually turn off the parking brake every time before they start to drive. I would have thought that this feature could be disabled, but apparently it can't. Lastly, the infotainment system is buggy, overly complicated and distracting, especially if you're actually driving the car. Having to look down at the controls while on the road is simply dangerous. Trying to go from the radio to Pandora ( Mazda's default streaming app for some reason) or Spotify is often unsuccessful, especially if the phone is connected via Bluetooth instead of connected via USB. Also the GPS and Google apps don't work via Bluetooth (which was quite a surprise). So the CX-30 IS fun to drive IF the other more frustrating "features" are less important.

    That cheap-looking plastic cladding & bumper ruin whatever premium/luxury aspirations that this vehicle has. Compared to many other crossovers that integrate the plastic/cladding into their designs so much better, the over-ample CX-30 (& CX-3 for that matter) cladding looks like a plain, aftermarket, generic, taped-on afterthought. Also, the basically empty & open lower grill opening should have the same mesh as the upper grill - but no, you have to buy an aftermarket piece off eBay to do what Mazda should have done out of the gate in that regard. So much vehicle potential here too.

    Just some friendly advice, learn more facts about a car b4 you do a review ,for example ..,
    The color of the car you showed is poly metal gray, not pewter,
    You compare the cx 30 to the kona as to 0 to 60 times..
    For one thing the cx 30 has more power ,and tourqe (non aspirated), than any other compact in the cx 30 segment and most google searches show the 0 to 60 times for the cx 30 at 7.8 seconds...Not 8.1 or more..
    Overall good review just a couple suggestions as to your stated facts of the car...

    I own a Turbo Premium CX-30. There is a lot I like about the car, BUT, This car is absolutely AWFUL bumpy New England roads. The suspension system is completely insufficient. Feels like the car is going to shake apart especially the frontend. Potholes..... don't ask.. And BTW the steering wheels feels skinny and cheap.

    The navy looks much better than the poo poo brown imo

      I love my poo poo brown! LOL. It's actually called Machine Grey Metallic. The navy didn't do it for me. I think the one in the video is actually Polymetal Grey. Might be wrong.
