My wife and I stayed at the signature hotel before. We stayed in a single room and it has a small kitchenette. Great place to stay. I have to say it's a hidden gem.

Nope but looks like a good place to stay for families or people who are staying for more than a few nights.
The signature is our favorite place to stay in LV. It feels more like a condo than a hotel stay. Plus the customer service has always been stellar!!

We stay here at the Signature every visit to Vegas we have been doing it the last 6 yrs since we discovered it through airbnb and we love to get the room with the kitchen and bedroom. We just stayed our last visit this past August. A big plus is no Casino to walk to your room and you get MGM amenities.....

Y'all have so much fun! Your videos always put me in a happier mood, and for that alone, I am truly grateful. The suite at the Signature looked awesome. It's quite a hike to get to the strip, but you two have no problems walking, as evidenced in your marathon walks wherever you go 🚶🏿♀️🚶🏻♂️ I love you two!!

I’ve stayed there and absolutely loved it the bathroom was nice with the huge tub and walk in shower I was able to upgrade to a balcony went on it once and panicked haha
Haha...I would too! Some of those balconies are pretty high up! Depending on which side you're staying on, you could look right at the passengers as their airplanes go by 😄
No way am I opening that door to balcony! But agreed …. That 2nd bathroom with the spacious tub!
Signature is our favorite. If you book with Air bnb or Vrbo, you may save a few bucks but you have to deal with the owner if something goes wrong, and usually pay extra for housekeeping.
Two of my favorite foods - fancy salads with lots of various ingredients, and fries with all kinds of toppings.

We've always wondered about that place as we always stay across the street at the Elara.
I love that pool complex!!!! And you can see it from your room!! But I have never seen the Signature Pool! So awesome!!

It is a very cool place with great appliances, I'm just surprised that they didn't update the door.
It was a great place and liked the small and functional kitchen. Overall we had a great stay and the internet worked very well
Heeey, I stayed there 3 times. Last time was 2019... 38th floor penthouse.... strip view!! It was really nice. An apartment in Vegas!

Another great review and video! One cool thing I found out when planning and booking our trip was to rent through airbnb. It saved us about $140 a night! No resort fees either! We did end up staying at a different resort but airbnb had a bunch of Park Mgm Signature rooms all over on there as well.

2 of my favorite things in Vegas! 1) MGM pool complex - though I haven’t tried signature pool, which looks so relaxing. 2) Fremont street and nearby areas during the DAY!!! Daytime on Fremont Street is underrated! Thank you! 💕💕💕💕

Signature at MGM Grand - absolutely one of the best hotels in all of Las Vegas. A 5 Star hotel. Non-smoking and non-gambling. Quiet, peaceful and safe. A great value for the money. Free valet parking. Ritz quality in every way. For Formula 1 fans, Tower 3 is the best place to be to see the race from your Suite, both strip view and East view that looks into the paddock and Start and Finish Line. Signature Tower 3 is the best hotel for race watching from your room.

Great Review ! MGM Signature truly is a gem! I got a regular balcony room for $81 a night mid week. That's a steal. You can't get a suite this big for less than $200 a night, plus it's rare in Vegas to get whirlpool tub in many rooms and suites, they just have soaking tubs. The kitchenette is so nice and the bathroom is huge and beautiful. As you noted, having access to the MGM Grand and their pool is a big benefit. Also, since there is no casino in MGM Signature there are no crowds and no smoke. The only downside is it's a big of walk to MGM Grand but the moving walkways help.
Constructive criticism: Why did this review contain so much on Fremont Street ? It made no sense. That's a long way from MGM Signature. That should be a separate review, you should have focused on attractions, bars and restaurants near MGM Grand and MGM Signature. You also didn't mention you can walk to Top Golf from MGM Signature. But overall a fun and informative review.
There was no way I was going to believe that Dave weighs 216...then I realized he's got a backpack full of camera gear...then I realized that he schleps that pack all over Vegas...let's see those calves, Dave!

I have stayed here. Only reason I wont stay here again is the god awful walk to everything. The MGM which has the restaurants and casinos is like a 2 mile or more walk.
You should try my timeshares. Hilton grand vacation club at Sahara and the strip. I usually get the 1 bedroom. You don't have to own a timeshare to go. Full kitchen and washer and dryer

The hidden gem as far as location,pool,casino and right in the middle of strip is The Cromwell
A lot of the subscribers wanted higher prices due to the trashy crowd and scooter gangs from last year

No, thank you. The Signature Towers are quite far from The Strip. The MGM Grand calls it an upgrade. There are much better values if you're going to stay that far from The Strip. I warn everyone checking into the MGM Grand to decline the "upgrade" to the Signature Towers. The location is very inconvenient if you wanty to stay on The Strip. Please warn your viewers. I'd rather stay downtown than there! Carne asada fries FTW!
