    I am owning a hyundai xcent for 2.5 years and I am using it without any issues. I have driven 54000 kms and still I don't have any issues. It is the best car in this price segment

    Bilkul shai kiya. History repeated. When the Maharaja of Patiala (Bhupinder Singh) visited a Rolls-Royce showroom & inquired the price of a high end model, the salesman mocked at him and said he would not be able to afford it. The infuriated Maharaja bought all the cars from the showroom, cut open their roofs and began to use them as garbage trucks!!

      Being a owner of Grand i10, which shares the platform and parts with Xcent, I can say that Hyundai sucks with the quality of their cars. Yes, they come with attractive packages with nice features, their parts quality is absolutely garbage. I too have had so many issues with my car from day one and while their service is pretty decent, their level of knowledge about certain problems is zero. Never buying another Hyundai. Ever.

    Horrible experience in hyundai wakad pune showroom. We had gone to purchase hyundai i10. Me and my parents walked around in showroom and even requested for executive to come and talk. For 20 min no one cared or even looked. They said someone will attend soon. After half an hour we walked away. Got good treatment at ford. And eventually purchsed the ford figo titanium

    I have 5 cars all Hyundai, starting from Santro 2000 to Creta 2018. Never encountered any issue. Looks like the service center is indulged in some malpractice

    Same here.... 1yr bhi nai hue aur hamari car ne humei is tarah problems mei dala... chalte chalte ruk gaye...wo bhi shaam ko chitrakoot k jungle mei, repair shop pe gaye to unhone khaa service centre pe hi thik hoga... service centre nahi mila. Kisi tarah dusre din pahunche to band gadi ko tow karne k liye jise bulaya wo banda alag natak karke pareshan kar diya... fir jab hum service centre kisi tarah gadi ko lekar pahunche to guard ne entry karne se mana kar diya... aur fir humei kisi tarah hotel tak pahunchana pada

    Now I don't own Hyundai car but my overall experience from past with Hyundai is very poor. Milage and built quality both are not good. Spares are too costly and most of time service center people cheat you with exorbitant service cost.
    People buy this brand only due to good interior. They doesn't check anything else.

    Hyundai should look into this issue. The dealership is probably fraud. Hyundai is actually one of the best customer friendly car makers out there. Hyundai's after sales service is always great outside India so it must be the Indian dealerships or the employees.

    Bhai mere pass ... 3 hyundai ki car he ... verna (5 yrs 100 k kms plus ) ,grand I 10(5 yrs 50 k kms ) aur xcent (3 yrs 10 k kms ) kisi bhi car me koi problem nhi he ... service bhi acchi hoti he ...

    Dnt go with western companies go with Indian co.s like Tata or mahindra...the same thing happened with me I have bought Hyundai Verna in 2016 there were lot of problems in that car like gear box noise while putting back gear and steering warning lights..than I have sold my car in 2017..now Iam fully satisfied with 2017 scorpio with good mileage n cheap spare parts....

    Maine bhi 7 may 2018 ko ford ecosport Titanium + li thi jiske dono tyres highway mein burst ho gai thi because of bubbles which was a manufacturing defect . But ford India and dealer meri problem jo ki unki problem hai jo unhone mujhe MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE gaadi di hai . Jiska video maine apne isi channel pe dala hai . Please view and spread this. It only helps to fight against the superior powers .

    I will never buy Hyundai after watching this video or nor i will suggest anyone. If this is the way they treat their customers then say no to products of those company. These mnc's come to India and just loot the money from us and take it to their home country. Say no to products of the company's like these. If they can't provide service to the consumers then you should never buy their products. Let us show them that they can't make business without consumers.

    Hyundai worst customer service. My Airbag failed for no reason and company just told it is electrical part and can fail like any other parts. Said goodbye to Hyundai cars after that.

    Maine bhi hundai xcent ki test drive li h 2 din pahle , usme bahut sare naye features diye h hundai ne aur cost bhi kafi kam h .
    Jabki Maruti me wahi features top models me mil rahe h , muje bhi ye samaj nahi aa raha tha ki Hyundai in features ko itne kam cost me kyu provide kara rahi h .

Gwalior service centre b jha se mene car li thi or Chhindwara ka abhishek Hyundai jha me ab shift ho gya hu. Or meri gadi ekdum sahi chal rahi h highway average 26 to 28 tk deti h. I m very happy with xcent.

    Aap sahi ho ji mene bhi is company ki xcent car le rakhi h muje bhi bhot preshan kiya hai . Main sabhi se hath jod ke khta hu ki Hyundai ki koi bi car mat le . Jo agency wale hai ye bhot nich kism ke log hai. Is se achhi maruti 800 hai .
