Texas is among the hottest places in the world. So you won't find many people outside. They're probably chilling under an ac and working inside those huge skyscrapers.
Tall buildings are unnecessary and do not equate to density. In America most tall buildings are empty office towers. Mixed-use lowrise cities are busier than cities with alot of skyscrapers; the majority of humans hate living high-up.
Is this on like a sunday morning? I live near a city much smaller in population than houston and its downtown isnt great but it is MUCH more lively than this
Cars and roads are definitely outdated; it amazes me why we're still building the very infrastructure that continually kills millions of people worldwide every year! And don't get me started on the ugly glass ar"shit"ecture; "modern" my a**.
