I know xielian always wears white and that its a normal thing but seeing it in 3D just makes him more ethereal like LOOK AT HIM GLOW IN THAT WHIT--
You know, before watching Chinese bl dramas, I never really like white colored dress.. I used to think white as a boring color. Now after watching boys in untamed, eternal faith and immortality, I realised how elegant this color is.. And the costume designers are also experimenting so much with their dresses. For example, Xie Lian has many white robes but each with different design. He looks so good in all of them..

It happens because their bias didnt get the role as they want, so they said something based on their emotional not with logic 😅
@@butterbubble1190 You are right. Some people are really hating on them just because they wanted their bias to play the roles.. Whereas some other people hate them literally for no reason. They complained about costume, then low budget, hairstyle etc etc. I know, its normal to complain. What was disturbing is that, they were throwing their anger on the actors. I mean, it's not these boys' fault that their costume or hair is like that.. And also people had a problem with their chemistry. I don't know how much childish is that to expect chemistry from two men from the first day of filming... They don't even want to give them the time to build the relation.
After watching all the negativity, I thought I should spread some good vibe about them.. They deserve it. I can't just let my beloved novel to be targeted like this, right?

They are working really hard. I hope all their hard work and effort will be loved.. As the untamed team is working behind this, I have so much expectation. This team has given us untamed earlier, a beautiful work with amazing artists. Also for this live action, they have picked so many talented boys.. I am just worried about fans. They create more trouble than supporting the boys.

You know, I was watching some other works of these two actors after they got selected, and to ne honest with you, if I were in charge of casting, maybe I wouldn’t have selected them. But now that I see them here in their costume, other bts moments with each other, I'm like, man, they were made for these roles..
That's why, when other people were complaining about actors, costumes etc., l was pretty much relaxed because I have a strong faith in Untamed team. They know what to do and how to do.. Our beloved novel is in good hands.

Thank you for another dose of HuaLian! They're both absolutely adorable. Xie Lian look so elegant and Hua Cheng look so manly in these scenes. I also notice the red string bracelet on Hua Cheng.. Is this the live action series' version of their 'red string of fate'? I mean it's supposed to be tied to the pinky finger or something right?
They compliment each other so perfectly.. About the red string, in the live series bts, I saw hua cheng wears a red string on his middle finger, at first I didn’t give it that much thought. But then I saw him wearing this string all the time, which means it might be the red string of fate..

Xie lian white robe looks good but it's probably just me, i think Xie lian white robe shouldn't be that pretty (i mean like soft expensive clothes) Xie lian lives in poverty, he only has like 3 similar white robe that he would wear it often over the year, not sure if he got a new one by next year or every few years, that's why i think it should've made of fabric like plain cotton or something, in ancient china, good clothes is a luxury that rolls of good fabric is a great gift (even as tribute and bribe) included together with gold, jewelry, dish sets etc.
There's also details like the clothes that been washed often would look somewhat worn out, Xie lian wear this kind of clothes, i just remember this detail cause of specific arc about ghost robe.

Probably never. According to the Internet the drama didn´t finished the shooting in 2021. China released official ban on all the BL adaptation around the time this drama has been shooting. The production has been cancelled afterwards. No BL drama adaptation has been allowed to air in China ever since the ban has been issued. All the BL adaptation, that were completed and ready to air around the time the ban has been issued, were cancelled and shelved. Those may be the ones that will air someday, granted China will change the rules, which is not impossible. But this one highly unlikely, since the shooting has not finished and it would be extremely difficult to assemble the whole production team again including the same cast 😒
