What's the Price? Kindly let us know?
First time after years im seeing an intelligent builder who has built big bedrooms and a study / writing table and space for tv with plenty of space for movement and also big windows for sunlight for a disabled person and a big bathroom gor a wheel chair person. ( though bathtubs are not practical, but the otbe bathroom was user friendly). Even tbe corridor size is not that constricting and narrow. This can be your key selling point.
A Penthouse is a housing unit on the highest floor of a high rise or mid rise building. None of the units under the unit on the highest floor are penthouses. A duplex is a stand alone housing structure consisting of only 2 housing units. If the housing units of high rise building are for rent, they are apartments. If the housing units of a high rise building are for sale, they are condominiums.

Open kitchens don't work in India because of the strong flavours and fragrances of Indian cooked food. Also, it's good to have the kitchen in a more private area, invisible from the living/entrance so that no one except those close to you sees your dirty dishes.

The 4th bedroom does not have a attached washroom. The powder bathroom could have been shifted this side and acted as one for the 4th bedroom.
