The DECRIMINALIZATION of MARIJUANA and an END to the WAR ON DRUGS in Alabama would be nice beginning to changes in the Justice and Prison system. ...Law Enforcement Officers should LIVE in the SAME communities that they must SERVE ; this would build community , familiarity , better relationships ,fewer bad policy decisions and fewer adversarial events.
