These animals deserve to live a life of freedom. So many people get these cute little monkeys when they see them as babies and don't realize they grow up to be big and live for a very long time. Then the poor animals get released into the wild because people think they are wild creatures and will naturally learn to fend for itself and their instincts will kick in. It's not easy to see you guys almost promoting them as pets without giving people the hardline facts. I seriously want one but I also know about the responsibility of owning a reptile for life. I've owned a turtle 🐢 for more than half my life, she's 33. Most people don't keep their tiny baby reptiles for 33 years. Owning animals especially reptiles is a forever commitment. Ryan I wish you would talk about the cost, veterinarian expenses, food, proper husbandry that MUST be done and how often etc. Even finding someone to properly look after your pets when you go away on vacation for 2 or 3 weeks . You may have someone now but in 10 years that person probably won't be available. 🙂 Dish all the good, bad and ugly. 💚💚💚💚
You’ve had a turtle for 33 yrs?!? Wow good job! That’s an amazing accomplishment! If I was ever to promote a lizard it would be a bearded dragon! They in my opinion are the best lizard EVER! That was Ryan’s 1st lizard.
Cyndy True, I was only commenting on their statement and thinking of a colorful beloved treasure. I was not meaning nor thinking of hoarding or hoarded animals. I do not believe they were either. I will change my spelling to horde.
Red Albinos still have or are made from a percentage ofor Blue. It's not 100%. So a Snow from either is still almsot the same thing pretty much. Anyways True Snows are still Super Rare.
I have been looking into getting a tegu buttt not sure where the best place is to get one. I want a decent looking one but at the same time I want a relaxed one. Used to own beardies and leopard geckos even had anoles at one point buttt the beardies i always went with the energetic ones and that was a mistake. Were always quick to bite etc. Buttt I've been looking into tegus and I really want one just don't trust to many people selling them.
Bet if asked what the lil kitty's genetics, Kyle would say it's a cat... the chemistry ya 2 have is awesome, Ryan fills in when Kyle's brain stumbles elsewhere... good thing ur not a cpl it would not be as smooth.... Haha
Kyle definately never half-asses anything. You need to come up with a better name than green head though...sounds like a disease or a symptom. What about Hulk, Riddler, Shamrock, Patrick, Kermit, Shrek... If he's going to be an animal ambassador he's gotta have a good name.

Great video! I'm so glad the ban (sb1414) was repealed. We purchased our third tegu on the day the ban was lifted.
