Next year, QB and OL. We still have a lot of unknowns. It's hard to say if these guys are going to come together and win games. We need some of the players to step up. Next season's gonna make or break the giants. I thought it was a good draft. Filled a lot of holes. OL is still a big worry in my mind. I see DJ getting better then last year but that bar isn't very high.

So if the Giants added 2 high ceiling prospects but the (only 2 wins less) Commanders added like 4 or 5, and the already better rosters of the Cowboys and Eagles added 3 or 4 each, how much did the Giants actually improve? You kind of have to compare to see what gains were made if any. Bad, rebuilding teams like the Giants are supposed to be able to stockpile great prospects more than better teams. The reality is Scheon did not capitalize on having better spots to pick than most other teams, and did not get the most out of the draft the way other teams managed to do including many teams that had worst spots to work with than the Giants.
The Giants won't improve. 6th hardest schedule in the league. They're playing the AFC North and NFC South. Gonna go 0-4 vs AFC North and 2-4 vs NFC East if we're lucky. Gonna be interesting to see Washingtons improvementa.No clue how they'll do against NFC S and 3 games against Indy, Minnesota and Seattle. Doesn't look promising. 2025 mocks have Giants drafting 5 so we'll be doing worse in '25 than '24 lol

Duplain, an undrafted free-agent offensive guard out of Michigan State and a rookie mini-camp invitee, will make the Giants' 53-man roster for the upcoming 2024 season.

I’ve heard of none of these UDFAs, nor saw them anywhere listened on folks “wish lists” after the draft. Guessing they were some deep dives. Regardless, wish them well and hope that they succeed.

I was seriously wishing they had taken a run at Travis before the Jets nabbed him.. then I was thinking Milton or Pratt. But nothing. Basically went all defense in this draft besides the TE. I feel like that 2nd round pick was a REACH! Could have gotten a better CB2 who plays outside and still gotten one of the top 5 safeties in the draft.. Safety wasn’t a strong position in this draft. I hope Dru Philips pans out, because a lot of CBs that went ahead of him, would have looked good in Blue.. also I wish Schoen would have picked up the phone when DeJean was still there, Washington trading within division to the EAGLES! Why didn’t Schoen get in there and trade up 7 spots! We were closer, wouldn’t have had to give up as much… Schoen got a SOLID 3. I feel like Gettleman actually made better picks still.. Schoen hasn’t showed me anything yet. Yes Gettleman made us miss out on Micah Parsons & Devonte Smith. But he did hit a lot of his picks if you look back. Idk, we will see I guess. Why the Giants are bad. 2020s haven't been better. This draft other than Nabers looks very very average at best.
No OL was taken when clearly, we lack talent that could be developed under Barcillo.
I guess we will try and draft Ewers or Bennet next year so we will need another top 5 pick

It seems at least one FA makes it every year. it's fun to see who it will be.
Next year, we can cut Jones if we need to and not be crippled financially for doing so. These people who wanted Jones gone this year were not being realistic. He was going to start no matter who we drafted. Then we would have got to hear then crying to bench Jones all year. If worse comes to worse, we will sign a FA Qb next year if Jones bites the bit again. And with the amount of money jones will make next year, unless he is a top ten or better QB he is gone for sure.

We are rebuilding this draft was a good start because we got great need players and we didn’t mortgage the future yea one of the three big QB s would have been great but the price was too high Jones is on a short leash now if he struggles they will take their chances with Lock and Devito and move on and find the QB next year
Then the Giants are in huge trouble. They have no quarterback worth anything. They will be dead last in the division. And the quarterback class of 2025 doesn't look as good as this year's class was. The Giants are already done. May as well not even play the 2024 season. It's going to be bad. Very, very bad!!!

Giants players just have to develop, our receiving core is talented but no production. Alot was invested in o line so if they can be average we will be fine. On defense front 7 looks good on paper but if dbs can hold up defense should be a upgrade. It is on Daniel Jones now, if we dont get 9 wins this year ,swing for fences to get QB next year

Confidence level - 4 for me. Said he was going to address QB whether early or late in the draft. Nothing. Didn’t draft an offensive lineman despite our obvious historical problems (yes I know we signed free agents but still should have drafted).
Schoen said through the draft or free agency and then signed Drew Lock.
How many more times do fans need to hear that Daniel is Schoen's guy?
He paid him and keeps saying it but people seem to think they need to read between the lines

Could have even moved up when DeJean was still there, but AGAIN we allow Washington to trade in DIVISION with our arch RIVAL THE EAGLES, for him. Why wouldn’t Schoen make a run at DeJean? And I don’t get the REACH for a Safety in the 2nd round. DeJean would have been a perfect CB2 across from Banks. Now the Eagles have 2 of the top CBs in the league on rookie deals. Great job Joe! 👏👏 the whole time, I was thinking, “ are we just going to keep patching up the OL” , never addressed it. 🤦♂️🤦♂️. Also never addressed putting someone next to Dex. Wtf. Or even trying Jordan Travis or Pratt or Milton. Why not give them a shot.. Jordan Travis , if he didn’t get hurt, who knows, maybe they go and beat Michigan. He played great at FSU. Idk anymore.. he gets a grade 4 or lower in my book. I feel like Gettleman, even though he made us miss out on Micah Parsons & Devonte Smith, he still had better drafts in my opinion. The same guy who put Daniel Jones over REAL players like Pro Bowlers Saquon Barkley and Julian Love and a STUD Safety Xavier McKinney is a ZERO. He gave Jones $130M for 2 seasons. Let's NOT forget the BUST at RT who refuses to move to guard who has proved he's NOT a team player. WR Robinson was AWFUL pick at 43. He was the 125th ranked player. He passed on STUDS who were better and didn't miss their entire rookie season. Kayvon only appears against BAD OL. He kinda disappears against good ones.
