60 grams of sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Tray size 9-14 inches
baking method
Bake at the top-bottom heat at 160 degrees, do not turn on the fan for about 18 minutes.
📒Coffee buttercream recipe
Fresh salted butter 200 g.
Sweetened condensed milk 180 g.
Coffee powder 1 tsp.
Hot water 1 tbsp.
📒Chocolate Ganache Recipe
Hot Whipping cream 40 g
40 g dark chocolate
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
