    The Philippines Already Has the World's Biggest Indoor Arena.
    Construction on the King Dome in Davao City is finally finished and is expected to be completed for a planned inauguration in September 2023 .The arena will have seating for 75,000 spectators. It is being built by the religious organization Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC) of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
    The KJC King Dome broke ground on September 3, 2012. It is a project of ACQ-Solomonic Builders Development Corporation, which, in turn, is owned by Quiboloy’s KJC. The religious organization was founded in 1985 and now claims a membership of around seven million here and abroad.
    The KJC King Dome is located along the Philippine-Japan Friendship Highway, Barangay Catitipan, Buhangin District, Davao City. It is adjacent to the city’s Francisco Bangoy International Airport.
    The King Dome is inside the 18-hectare KJC compound, which, in turn, is part of the 26-hectare Kingdom Global City Tourism Enterprise Zone (TEZ), which has been designated as such by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA)
    The building has a footprint of 2.5 hectares and total floor area of 4.5 hectares. That's roughly the size of over 100 NBA basketball courts
    The arena will have “38 escalators, centralized air conditioning system cube scoreboard, and professional lighting.” It will also feature “state-of-the-art video equipment and up-to-date sound and projection systems which can contain about 6,000 voice choir and a 250-piece orchestra.
    FERDINAND MARCOS STADIUM FINISHED
    The construction work of the new stadium in Ilocos norte is now finished. The major renovation of the Ferdinand E. Marcos Memorial Stadium located at the heart of Laoag City.
    Funded by the Development Bank of the Philippines, the world-class stadium worth PHP1 billion is one of the “Big 3” infrastructure projects of the current administration to provide more outdoor spaces for people to improve their health and well-being.The to other projects are the ilocos norte provincial capitol expansion project and the new dap- ayan center.
    To boost sustainable development in the province through quality infrastructures and public facilities, the provincial government of Ilocos Norte launched the “Big 3” infrastructure projects.
    The “Big 3” infrastructure projects include the construction of the Provincial Capitol expansion building, reconstruction of the Dap-ayan Food Park, and the total rehabilitation of the Ferdinand E. Marcos Memorial Stadium.
    With a design capacity of 12,000 people, the Ferdinand E. Marcos stadium or FEM Stadium is an under construction stadium located in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The said stadium was equipped with a "stadium-park" and training center
    The redevelopment of the ferdinand marcos stadium is designed by wta architecture and design studio. this new stadium is built as a stadium park and new amenities will be added to the stadium.
