I flew premium economy from Paris to Seattle and it made the flight infinitely more comfortable. Absolutely recommend.
Good video, but there is some room to improve and some incorrect information: Premium Economy doesn't give you access to the lounge, give you the OPTION to buy access to the Lounge, only free when you are Gold elite or higher in SkyTeam. Something important that you missed to mention is that Premium Economy give you SKYPRIORITY for Check-in, Security and boarding.
Flew on Premium Economy recently on Air France...and it's not worth it... I took it because I experience some back problems on long haul flights. On my way home, I felt tremendously blessed for being able to upgrade to Business Class on my way back to L.A from Paris.
Was it on the 777 or the A350? I have read the A350 is far superior because it doesn't used the fixed shell configuration.

Apparently, there is no quality control nor care with regard to cleanliness. A pity, because the seat looks comfortable.
Yes... we pay more and more for a ticket and I have the impression that it is getting worse and worse.

Seat does not recline neither... I would not recommend to pay extra to fly Premium on AF, it's not worth it
Does the front row of AF prem econ against the bulkhead give a better ride than the other rows?

I really just wan’tt to voice this out to all the platforms available. . . We booked a flight from Munich to Paris with Air france. . . They had technical problems with their plain so our flight was delayed for 2hrs and they where cannot load our baggage on our plane. . . The only option they gave us was either to fly without our luggage and it will be sent to our hotel the next day or we rebook our flight the next day in hopes that our luggage will come with it. . . We waited for the entire day and our luggage didn’t arrive. . . We wen’t to the airport to claim it personally but they said they can’t release our luggages. . . We are only on vacation in Paris for 4 days, 1 day is already lost while waiting for the luggage. . . And all they can answer is “I’m sorry” and “I understand but we can’t do anything about it”. . . Our whole vacation that we planned for months was ruined and that’s the best they got. . . It really enrages me that they ruined someones vacation and the best answer they got is we can’t do anything about it? Just a side note, it was my first time to experience an airplane do a wrong parking. . .
You travel with check in for four days?
These are the worst seats of ever sat in. The board cushions slide forward and the seat does not recline like a conventional seat. Terrible

Did they only serve one meal and how comfortable was the Premium Economy seat in compare to an economy seat?
Hello dear, one meal and breakfast, not much difference to be honest I was quite disappointed, I would not recommend it tbh,
@@easyflychaserr8801 I just rebooked to IAD through CDG from AMS because of the baggage handlers strike at Schipol and the Delta representative pushed AF premium economy to me really hard ...I am sort of upset now that I booked the seats because everyone gives AirFrance an F for the so called premium seats... oh well.
Flying with Air France is a nightmare. Airplane is always dirty, everything looks old and there is no legroom at all.

On an overnight flight, the critical thing for ALL passengers is the seat. AF Premium Economy seats are notoriously bad on their Boeing planes. The sliding seat within the fixed "shell" put terrible strain on your neck and back. There are many, many online reviews that discuss this. Yet you provide no information about the seat quality and particularly the ability to sleep in this seat. For the first time in my 50 years of international flying, I had neck pains for 48 hours after an overnight AF flight in PE. Economy seats are actually better!!
Others have identified mistaken information on this review eg Business CLass is NOT called "The Pond"; there is no free lounge access for PE passengers. I rate this video a FAIL.
