Of all the Catwomen, she was my absolute favorite. Apparently, Yvonne Craig (Batgirl) loved her, too. Eartha Kitt was the only Catwoman that was the same size as Craig. Lee Meriweather and Julie Newmar were so tall that Batgirls fight scenes felt sillier than they already were. LOL!!!!

Love Eartha Kitt as well as the suggestive Christmas songs. One of my favorites is "I've Got Some Presents For Santa" Sarah Taylor & Bill Mumy" quite a bit more suggestive than this song. Very suggestive!!

One of my favorite Eartha songs is "I Want to be Evil."
She sounds young here because she was; the recording was from the early Fifties (catch that old-timey orchestration). Half-Black, half-Cherokee indian, IIRC, nobody else can touch her rendition of this song.
She didn't really get that rasp until she got older. This is vintage, Eartha Kitt & I have to disagree - it totally sounds like her, which is why (in my opinion), no other version comes close. Pardon the pun, but there is a real 'sex kitten' quality to her singing in this song, which she is milking for effect, but still it's definitely her.

no one can do Santa Baby like Eartha Kitt. I still think that Eartha Kitt was the best ever Cat woman ever. as for "Baby its cold out" if you don't watch the movie it was in. (which does make it look more like what people are talking about.) but just the song its self like it was recorded, is not suggesting that at all. the visuals imply more to it. but that is just one movie and its directors and actors that gave it that context.

Great performance by the incomparable "Bad Eartha." It was from the 1952 Broadway musical review, "New Faces" which was made into a movie in 1953. I remember very well seeing it way back then & I was so impressed by Eartha that I have loved her ever since. Thank you for reacting. I think you would enjoy watching the movie version.
Y’all need to react to “Baby It’s Cold Outside.” It wasn’t until a few years ago that people were making such a big deal of this song. Back in the day, it was completely innocent. It’s innocent now unless you read into it and make it something it’s not. It’s one of those classic Christmas songs. Please do a reaction to it!

I recently found out what an incredible person and incredible woman Eartha Kitt was. Those interested should check out CZcams and find out what this woman had to go through in her life. Her mother gave her up when she was 5years old. Very sad but she came out strong. Amazing Intelligent, gorgeous, and sexy woman. An incredible life story.
