Exactly my problem! Straighten out a paper clip and removed the blockage without removing the motor. Furnace fired right up! So glad thankful to have heat again! Thanks Nagen!!!
Thank you very much! I checked everything and all the parts were working, but the igniter was not receiving 120 volts. Then I found your video and cleaned this thin tube, everything immediately worked as it should! What are the engineers thinking who come up with this junk? It turns out that due to a clogged hole with a diameter of just over a millimeter, a family can freeze in the winter without heating. Junk makers, not engineers. Thank you again for your video!
Thanks man all I had to do was take off the little grey hose and re seat it. It's working now just saved me so much money. My gma keeps paying out the ass to fix this damn furnace. Happens every year. Now I know what they are doing an why it only takes them a few minutes to get it working. Looks like I need a fresh hose mine is split on one end. Doesn't fit right as should I assume. Wayyy cheaper to get myself new hose an replace myself instead of calling the same damn company to rip us off. Thank you
Thank you! Spent two hours hinder my house and all it ended up being some trash in that nipple! Didn’t have to take it all off just the hose. Very helpful and saved a good bit of money! Thank you!
Fyi use a small gun cleaning brush attached to a drill....Thoroughly cleans it as the gunk will build back up soon if not done properly. Use a quick drying lube (dry lubricant) to help seal the corrosion as well as prevent more gunk build up due to corrosion.
Thanks, it helped and solved my issue too. You don't need to take off motor to clean clogged nozzle just run hair pin or copper wire thru it. However opening the motor let you see clog and satisfies you.

I'm getting a code 2 on my goodman furnace. It says to check venter end switch. Is that the switch located on the inducer motor? Do I need to replace to inducer motor? Mine doesn't seem to have a pressure switch or hose coming out the inducer motor plumbing
You're the man! After trying to clear it with compressed air(no luck) I cleared it with a guitar string without taking the motor off. Hope this saves someone some time!

Oh my goodness!! You are lifesavers!! Thank you SOOO much!! It stopped working with 3 red light flashing. Cause: • Pressure switch hose blocked, pinched or connected improperly. I checked.. nothing wrong. • Blocked flue and/or inlet air pipe, blocked drain system, or weak induced draft blower. I have no idea what or where these are or the next two points. If any of you have an Amana Furnace and know, please help. • Incorrect pressure switch setpoint or malfunctioning switch contacts. • Loose or improperly connected wiring. Corrective steps: Inspect pressure switch hose. Repair, if necessary, • Inspect flue for blockage, proper length, elbows, and termination. Correct as necessary. • Correct pressure switch setpoint or contact motion. • Tighten or correct wiring connection.
This worked for me but after a year, the inducer motor started not coming on until I tapped the control board a few times with power off then turning power back on. I'm working on that issue as we speak.

Hi, I was hoping you could give me some advice. My parents had a new Amana furnace 6 roller (model AMES801205DX installed. Unfortunately they continued to have problems with it. The seller admitted they installed too big of a furnace for their house and replaced it with a Goodman 3 roller (model AMES800604BXAA). They did not receive any refund for the price difference. My dad has dementia and my mom has Parkinson. I think the company took advantage of them, but I can't find the prices for the furnaces. Any feedback you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for this video it fixed my problem. I was able to poke it while it was still on the furnace fortunately just took off the hose.
Saved me some money. Somehow a baby bat got lodged in the motor and was blocking everything up. Clean it out and furnaces fired right back up

Had replaced the control board, no luck...Blew compressed air into the nipple where the hose connects. Fired up instantly. Thanks for the video.
