Migrant activists & health professionals call for border wall to be declared a public health crisis

Migrants desperate to seek asylum in the U.S. are increasingly scaling the border wall due to limited access through ports of entry. KPBS health reporter Heidi de Marco says the life-threatening injuries sustained by some migrants are prompting advocates to declare it a public health crisis.

It wouldn't be any injuries if they didn't try to break the law. Go safely to the correct port of entry and ask for "asylum"

This is like the burglar who fell through a skylight while attempting to break into a house, he sued the homeowner and won.

So the border wall should be removed because ppl keep getting injured trying to cross? That makes as much logic as a you leaving your house doors unlocked and open because criminals keep hurting themselves trying breaking down your house door.

Mexico needs to step up and tend to business. Water and healthcare are as necessary as air. That wall is not helpful, it is a concentrated source of trouble.
