that hand position is always a problem for me, I use a safety attachment instead

Extremely dangerous on the lower spine according Dr. McGill. That is a Good Morning Squat.

Why not squat in the rack with the safety’s set?

    $300+ monthly 4 that?

Yeah I was thinking at least $1000, considering what they rob you for health insurance every month that you’ll never use if you’re healthy and strong. Learning to get strong is a bargain.

Most boutique gyms and crossfit boxes charge similar. You presumably pay for ongoing coaching and program design. It's $500/mo. at some SS gyms lol.

@@Frennemydistinction More power to them if there r plenty of people able and willing to pay that but most non-wealthy people wouldn't spend that kind of money on something that's not really necessary. I looked into it after learning there is one in my area. When the ad quotes "X" hourly/per session I thought about paying for A lesson and then taking it from there BUTT when that is based on committing to 3 weekly sessions and the monthly fee is over $300 there's no way. The seller will always say it's worth it and maybe it is to a small percentage of people. I know people who have well paying jobs who complain about not having enough money when they r middle class but trying to live like they are affluent and that's y they r broke. Ridiculously expensive home and car etc but nothing saved and they r screwed if they lose their job or get sick or hurt etc. Oh, but it's an investment like a new BMW...really? Like the nurse who "invested" in a BMW and now doesn't have an extra $19 to have lunch with friends? Stupid!

Getting results from your training regimen- priceless.

@@martystrasinger3801 Depends on your financial situation and priorities I guess. Most people, even with well-paying jobs probably think it's more important to put your kids through college and to save 4 retirement etc. But if they have plenty of people able and willing to pay it then good 4 them.
