I just stumbled upon this because I was looking for a warmer, but this is so true! I do hair and I approach sharing hair products that I love and that I believe in the same as you being part of scentsy. Once people are aware that you share and not sell you become very approachable. I love that scentsy has so many different kinds of warmers!! Thanks so much for posting!!

Got sick of the $200 quota and being suspended for not selling enough
I’m disabled don’t know a ton of ppl don’t get out much
They’re not a good fit for me
Too many people in my area doing it too
I got absolutely nothing out of Scentsy or any multi level marketing thing.
Kelly Ekleberry it’s so important to find a company that is a good fit for you! It’s the biggest thing I’ve learned in the journey.
I Kno exactly how u feel,I got nothing and I put my all into it spent money on samples n was just devastated on and off I kept getting let down by people and my sponsor was shit..sorry but she was!! And it dragged me down made me feel shit coz I had my sponsor pretty much selling to all our mutual friends and coz they were all her customers first I missed out big time,but anyway name done as of this morning..got one more personal order to put through and that's it my sponsor didn't tell me u had to put all orders under party link so I won't get any freebies or anything...so hopefully I get one last ok pay..but yeah very heartbreaking and disappointing 💔💔

At first, I got mad, then I kept listening! WOW! Love it! My husband sold insurance for a few years when he realized that when he started to establish relationships with people, those people were more prone to buy policies because they knew that he cared about them as people. My husband just started trying to sell Scentsy. We can’t get anywhere with friends on Facebook. We are having a hard time finding anyone that will even buy the product. How to people find customers when friends and family don’t support you?
I've been a consultant for 5 years and the last month or two I've been struggling with figuring out if Scentsy is where I need to be. I feel like I've made no head way, my frontline is small and not growing. I've shared Scentsy for as long as I can remember and here lately I've just felt like I'm just not good enough to do this any more 😞

I love uplifting women that is mainly my why and how I use scentsy for many years, lol I would worry my consultant. I love how scentsy doesn't like competitive people they want us to help each other. I felt same way she did and I will be certified before one month is over and I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE. i was upset overwhelmed and thought I was in over my head once I finally said ok it's going take time boom I posted one pic of butterfly molds and phone was off the hook then I posted the warmers i have and my diffuser and it started ringing non stop lol and email messenger.. With anything they do, we can sell Our product or services.but when you Change the process to sharing your passion of stuff you love and live for. Relationships are so important. Brittany i have been watching several videos about joining the Scentsy company and was really starting to decide itwasnt for me and then i listened to you and you have turned my decision around so maybe i can do this. i am getting ready to turn 65 and retire from my job but i wont be having a very big income but im not wanting full time work maybe just enough for some spending money for the extras we all have. i would love to stay in touch with you if your ok with that. Our city is having our State Fair now and yesterday i went and while there i bought some bars and talking with a consultant named Sherri Gibson and she invited me with 2free tickets back in the fair and to come sit for a couple of hours so im going to do that today. im not a slesperson but i am a genuine and friendly woman, thats why i felt like giving this a chance when you said sharing. i will let you know how today will go.

I LOVE wax melts and candles and all things good smelling; I've joined a good amount of MLM's/Network Marketing businesses and I've seen some of my friends make up to 11k a month but I am NOT one of those people. I suck at selling and that's fine. It's not meant for everyone. Yeah 11k a month might be nice but I'll find my niche eventually. But the training I went to have changed my life so much in the years I was in it. I would never take those back for anything.
I honestly just wanted to join Scentsy for the perks but looking more into it, I love the cores of this company! I haven't decided just yet if I'll join but I'm heavily thinking about it!

I love for my house to smell good and I don't like candles...perfect reason to love Scentsy! There is a relationship built how you act is how you sell your stuff. Reminds me of Davids Tea this beautiful woman was there and she was so nice I feel i can walk in there and they are always nice and help me so I disagree with her so much. Also as a radio station host and DJ of my own radio I want to build relationships with the people i am associated with. Also where is the free Scentsy since you give more? I am confused.
Do you make good money? I went on the website and it looks like if you sell like $200 worth of products you only make like 40.00....Which to me to be honest is not much money.

I’m still a consultant :) I’ve been selling for almost six years. Yes in the very beginning you only get 20% but don’t forget as you grow and build you can make up to 39%! There is potential to make a lot of money here if you work hard!
Not many places have free shipping. Sell $1000 and after that it is 25%. Plus you can make much more. It’s up to you how well you will do

Can I ask why you decided to start selling with a company that is one big scam? I'm not attacking you or your choices, I'm just curious.
HauntedDreamz1 I think you have the wrong company. There are a lot of direct sales companies that are scammy & not legit. Scentsy isn’t one of those. It’s honestly the best job I’ve ever had & the company stands on such incredible core values.

Happy Wax has a silicone dish I can't imagine scraping my warmer...
I dont sell scentsy but I have gotten warmers from everywhere and every single one has broken after a year or less.... exept my Frankenstein scentsy warmer that I've had for 5 years... only changed the bulb once and never turn it off lol nothings better then scentsy worth every penny! Now I have 4 scentsy warmers and just got two more!

That’s ashame! We currently don’t have a quota with the pandemic but that $200 every 4 months is easily attainable with hard work and good mentoring :)
If you did it purely for personal growth then you would be giving the items away for cost price. Sorry but I get a bit tired of people downplaying their home businesses in this way. People see straight through this as being fake. I know what you are trying to do but it also ruins the credibility of MLM's making them look more like a hobby than a bonafide business opportunity. I also resent this video as click bait in order to promote (ie. "Sell") Scentsy!
