For the record. Mike is not just a lawyer he's the defendent. And in Faretta V. California the Supreme Court ruled a defendent has a constitutional right to participate in his own defense. He doesnt need to be listed on any paper work.

Except it got a witness to make a statement that was positive for his case. You can't avoid talking about negative experiences and trauma in court, they're usually the reason why you're there to begin with.

Just take a look at the Heard vs Depp case a year or two ago as a good example, they both had about half a dozen lawyer with them, and each of them asked questions at some point during the trial.

Yes, but all the clients that aren't happy with the outcome of a trail can apply for mistrail because they were led to believe that actual lawyer were representing them, which Mike was not. The company that hired Mike could be sued for negligence at best and malpractice and fraud at worst (if it can be proved that they knew he isn't lawyer). Children services came to my home, they tried to remove my daughter and nephew from my care. I told them hell No you're not taking my daughter... I discipline both my daughter and nephew. My daughter didn't steal she kept making jokes when the teacher was teaching interrupting the class, got that call the same day too. (No I did not abuse them,) I had to leave work several time for both nephew and daughter they were going to two different schools at the time.. Nephew went to school another day and punched the teacher in the stomach. I looked at the teacher and asked why he didn't call the school police officer, there is always a cop in all the school they have a office there too,. teacher said he didn't want my nephew to go jail.. Children services requested that I meet with a team at their office they wanted to send me to anger management classes, and take other behavior classes, they promised me food stamps if I take the classes, classes which I would have paid for I told them Hell No..I told them don't come back to my home and I don't need your food stamps, my children are eating better than they are, they get a cooked meal every day when they finished school not cold lunch-ables.. The director of Children Services said we are going to send the case to court, told her I will see you there🤣🤣🤣..

Not necessarily true, but you do have to have a disconnect to some degree in order to be at your best, it doesn't mean you "sacrifice your soul" or anything dramatic like that. It just means that you cannot afford to get too attached to a case as that can have a negative effect on your performance.

Talented, skillful individuals get passed over every day because they don't have a piece of paper FROM A SCHOOL saying they were trained in their field. Sure, if you land an apprenticeship, you can get a recommendation, but even that's not guaranteed to get you the job. Skill tests should be a part of the hiring process.
Just cause you have the degree don’t mean you should get the job. I met a guy once who was a close friend to my grandpa who was a lawyer till he retired. This guy never went college and dropped out of highschool but ended up owning his own law firm. If your meant for it it’ll work itself out somehow just make sure not to give up halfway.

There's a general rule during cross examination that you should never ask a question that you don't know the answer to. The prosecutor asked an open-ended question she clearly expected to go one way, and was completely unprepared when it went sideways on her.
