The GSM Arena photo comparison tool between the X6 Pro and the X6's main camera at least suggests the cheaper phone to be better with colours and dynamic range. Not sure about the selfie camera. I could be wrong here. Any thoughts?
They have the same camera sensors, and should be the same quality. However because of the different SOC used, there is quality difference. Poco X6 handles dynamic range better because of snapdragons processing while not much I can say about mediatek on x6 pro except it shows more details and less soft
@@jessbread4670 I always hear about Poco and Redmi phone having decent main cameras. But the other issue when recording video is the non stop focus hunting. Virtually all videos I've seen shows this. Is there any solution to this issue?
@@TechNomadUK1 So far I have no issue on mine regarding focus hunting on Poco x6.... But I do have the Xiaomi 11t and I can say it does focus hunting. One way to fix this is to put the focus on infinite or basically the max or furthest it can focus especially when recording videos. Or increase shutter speed on pro mode to like 1/120, 1/125, 1/200 but leave ISO to auto. Helps a lot regarding focus hunting but also increases video quality by reducing motion blur and some stuffering
@@TechNomadUK1 If you are recording and it has aggressive shake or vibrations, sometimes the OIS on main camera cannot keep up or its not strong enough to stabilize, it will show video that it is vibrating or like jello. Using the ultra wide camera does help when recording in those situations. And of course set focus to infinity. Ps: if you set Shutterspeed to 1/100 and up. Then it should help reduce or eliminate focus hunting.

I you don't have any high performance uses like hardcore gaming, editing and software programming then you should definitely go for x6 only, it is best for day to day usage and you could also buy it's higher 12/512 varient as it has future proof storage

X6 pro, omnivision crappy cameras but better screen 1800 nits, faster memory (ufs 4.0), and faster processor. (1.400k but mediatek) no gcam, no proximity sensor, no head phone jack, finger pronto magnet and the yallow sticky plástic leatherette battery and the rest of funciona are basically the same
@@chuvachokish it's not about the OS. The difference in image processing power is making all the difference. The only deal breaker for me is the lack of headphone jack.
xiaomi usual of very bad selfie cameras. now all later models either dont have headphone jack, nfc, radio, or mix of none of these. doesnt help using cheaper mediatek and cheaper gpu over higher end qualcomm.
