Winner of a video, been searching for "how to make a halo costume out of foam" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Cenackenzie Conspicuous Cure - (search on google ) ? It is a great one of a kind guide for discovering how to create an amazing Master Chief Halo or Iron Man suit costume minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

The games lied to us, they always said the armour was made from Titanium
Uuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. IT IS MADE FROM TITANIUM! THIS IS A RECREATION OF THE CHIEFS SUIT. THERE'S LITERALLY NOT ENOUGH TITANIUM IN RESERVES TO MAKE A REAL MJOLNIER ARMOR SET AND EVEN IF THERE WAS THERE ARE NO AUGUMENTATIONS AVAILABLE TO MAN KIND THAT COULD HELP THEM BE ABLE TO USE IT! GOD DAMN SOMETIMES I THINK SOME PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS!!!!!
