This CZcams channel is dedicated to Tekken :) The best fighting game to ever grace this beautiful planet!
Whenever I. see someone giving his 100 percent with a tough character, I don't care about him winning or losing. It's a treat to see hwoarang at high level play
Real talk. I also want to see Baek come back hehe
Facts
His hwoarang is literally dancing when he goes this aggressive, like a bryan with a thousand taunt pressure
@@user-dv4pz7qj7x hwoarang has great pressure and decent damage, but really bad punishment.
@@user-dv4pz7qj7x I know I’m late to answer this question. But if u go to Speedkicks channel he has a video explaining it.
Speed kick’s palms are sweaty, Knee’s weak, arms are heavy, there’s vomit on his sweater already, mom’s spaghetti.
i wouldnt call knee weak :D
I wish I had the ability to adjust my play style like Speedkicks in this match up.
Learn to control your habits and change your play style so your opponent doesn’t get to read your every move
@@2000Doriyas ^^
*jumps in after getting anti-air in street fighter*
*does unblockables in tekken*
Yeah I'm jelly of his ability too.
Maybe using a non-crutch character forces you to get creative.
Jordan thanks bro u want to play
Love how you interpret the game, tekken is such an art.
The way he adjusted his game was very impressive. Utilised his mixup potential and kept knee on the back foot for those matches he won. Good ass tekken!
for the ones who don't know, speedkicks graduated from college when he was 12
no, he was actually one of the top 50 smart teenagers in the world
you can find his story on the internet
@@hamzahomar2741 Yet he can't comprehend that some people may have other opinions than him (drama with TMM)
honestly speed sometimes is an idiot
Zen Zero Different types of intelligences, check Howard Gardner’s theory when you have a chance.
I think Speedkicks expected that throw break by Knee around 6:51. Changed positioning to the left side which I think helped him keep the pressure up toward the end to win that round. That's actually a good strategy to use with Hworang. Most throw breaks push you back but not with that particular throw it seems.
10000¹⁰⁰⁰ iq play
08:42 every hwoarang main has been here in a clutch moment. It's a result of pressing 3+4 then getting to [3 , 4] too slow. Such a heartbreaking missed input man because it's so negative that it can result in an easy loss of the round if the opponent is ready for it
Low-key best set. I was so hyped.
I AM OP ...ok...
Speed would have won if only he didnt mess up that skyrocket combo.
This is T5 lore fight
I feel even w/ Speedkicks' popularity. I honestly think he's the most underrated US player
Gg Speed, it’s always a treat to see my main up in the spotlight for a bit making a good comeback
There is probably no one i feel worse for in tournaments than speedkicks, hwo's stances really amplify the nerves during these high stakes matches
I love the change in SpeedKicks. He just said "f*ck it I'm gonna blend this man like a fresh smoothie"
Hwoarang has a punch parry now so surprisingly that wasn't used.
Parry's not so great at this level of play tbh
@@proyteam I agree however when you're fighting a character who's throwing almost nothing but punches it's worth a shot. Probably wouldn't be that effective after the first time though haha
@@rekai6209 yea exactly what i thought, it may work thr first time, but then knee will bait him out and launch him
Speedkicks is the reason I made hworang my main...I ode wanted him to win just now lol
Adonis Model facts
@@1AdA-Greats which system do you play?
Cool
i love how tmm has more hairs on his sides then on the top of his head
10:30 expert analysis by TMM HAHA
Speed issue is that he thinks to much. I feel like he over complicates things which causes him to not play at his full potential
Big brain too heavy
too many mind..
He is also too arrogant.. arrogant people can't self-reflect.
Thats the double edge sword with Hwoarang though. So many tools to work with it increases decision making time which can lead to what you just mentioned.
miguel cunanan the last samurai ?
This set was fucking amazing Speedkicks really held well imo but Knee is just a tekken god
Always hyped to see punch vs kicks matches all the time.
Speedkicks did amazingly well
so green ranks were right all along...do 50 50 because u win at least 50% of the time...da
lmao
No fr it's funny. xD it seems like that's always what it comes back around to. Like tekken is just about 50/50s. And that's all it is.
10:30 Nice analysis
I’m guessing 11:08 is when howarang actually puts it in Steve 😂
Speedkicks probably IRL has 200 IQ so good call out MainMan
Speedkicks Has lost when actualy
he could win
Mainman use to do martial arts. His actually a tricker too.
Always a treat watching speedkick with hwo, so much better than the bitch people who use him online and spam cheese and win quit or lose quit you lol. Hwo is literally the only character I will never rematch because of the type of player that uses him. I'll rematch a 3 bar Lili or Alisa any day before a hwo player
Homie knows how to start a party
I was scrolling down and reading comments, trying to look for anyone else who noticed chanel dancing in the background.
Lore match though
Knee won the match but Speedkicks won our hearts
I think speedkicks is just overthinking stuff too much sometimes.
He needed to rush down a little more and at the end it's what Hwoarang is about imho.
Yes, but it’s also the way you get blown up by any competent tekken player using Steve and Bryan player in the hwoarang match up .
As a Hwoa main I watch this video whenever I feel like I can't do better with my main cuz of so many bad matchups.
But, bro, if my fellow Hwoa main Speedkicks can do Knee sweat like that I can beat those Steves and Kazumis if I train hard enogh.
a 'tae KRon do' practitioner
Big brain player
we need a ho to counter steve video and this against kazuya
Good Match!
Speed kicks couldn’t dodge the match in time
What is that at 0:34 where the resub popped up from?
Newbie here. Whats 50-50?
@LS Sigmarsson so basically all of the moves?
50 50 is when u are plus in frames and u go for a low or a mid/high move
@@diss2788 Just low or Mid.. Low launcher Midlauncher, Chunky low chunky mid.. I could explain this best with Master Raven but just low mid thats why its a 50/50 highs can be ducked... if you duck a mid will hit.. if you stand a low will hit.. if it was low mid and high it would be a 33.33,/33.33/33.33 mixup
A 50/50 is specifically unreactable, so you just have to guess block low or mid, where if you guess correctly you launch them where if they guess correctly they launch you
the problem with hwoaranng going all out, you get back 1 and other counter hit alot LOL, but yea usually speed is bad when i see his matches, but this one he is ok XD
Me when i play tekken: 07:50
@MainManSwe why haven’t we seen you in any tournaments though?
He has already went over that many times.
Plank I didn’t ask you
@@cobaingam3z514 You must be new here. You're not gonna get an answer from him.
He’s busy with his child, streaming, and law school, so he doesn’t see much benefit to going to most tournaments
ah shit, here we go again
Arslan trained with qudans, the best DJ in the world. Knee tried to HS several times but arslan has a very fast reaction blocking those pokes. Furthermore 80 or 90% of the times knee tries to HS he gets blocked so for people who say "ohh knee played to safe... blablabla.." he knows better than you so dont try to judge his playstyle... he lost because arslan learnt knees playstyle that s all...
You don't react to HS.
He got read, you don't "see" those pokes. Doesn't seem apt to call them pokes anyway.
@@varghest4641 at that high level u react at almost anything when u r use to a playstyle
It's humanly impossible to react to a hellsweep and block. He's not reacting to the animation, so having a fast reaction doesn't mean anything. He's reacting to his habits, which means he read him like a book. That's what a lot of high-level wins come to: reading habits, so that even the safest df1 can be launch punishable.
For someone that seems to know enough about high-level play to correct me about a tested fact, you sure are lacking some basic knowledge.
@@varghest4641 for ur high experience anf knowledge when are we gonna see u in tournaments?
@@King_Beowulf_ Tryna get into the local grid first. Wish me luck, guv.
What tournament was this?
Speedkicks per usual stays losing
what does he mean with clutch pokes?
I mean it's easy to throw around pokes at the beginning or midpoint of a round. But when it's so clutch the subsequences, consequences, variables of, and circumstances surrounding, every move you make - every step taken is amplified in immensity.
i have 30 IQ
Speedkicks would dominate TMM
From this vid i respect knee even more, he didnt even waste a single time rematching when he lost. He didnt try to disrupt his opponents rhythm by wasting unnecessary time. I dont like these 'clever' players who purposely waste time. Evo japan 2019 grandfinals, arslan mocked AK for wasting time and it was very satisfying to watch. Knee, Qudans and other top players, when they lose, they just stage select or rematch almost instantly and still able to adjust their style then why not others?? But i'm just a keyboard warrior, what do i know about the nerves of playing against the best tekken player at present 😂
TMM you are getting skinny, :o
That's because Masood exposed his THICCness some time ago.
Idly knee just didnt counter him. Oooohhh you wanna spam? COUNTER UPPERCUT!!
Why speeding up the match?
meme
I just wanted to see the comments roasting speedkicks
Main man - speedkicks drama? Anyone?
"You dont want to be a Taekwondo practitioner and go against a professional boxer" apparently you never seen the video of Ali in an mma fight. Or paulie malignaggi in bare knuckle boxing. The versatility of other martial arts often beats pure boxing. No techniques to guard the legs or defend against joint grapples.
rpgtimefire it’s a video game, but I get what your saying
When I heard that comment being made I cringed.
shut the fuck up bytch
@@varghest4641 I'm glad my comment made you reply like this :)
@@rpgtimefire uwu
I wish pro Tekken 7 players would play more of the game more often. They seem to always play a “pro style”, with back dashes. Think about it... a Korean Backdash is not even something programmed into the game by the developers, but it’s all some players seem to care about... I digress!
Lol wut, I don't think you understand Tekken mate
What I’m really trying to say is - they should program in better movement. So, it doesn’t look like spaz fest. It was a rhetorical comment meant to trigger discussion!
@@gabetrinidad1016 It's like that because the creators want movement to be a skill in Tekken that can be practiced and optimized. If you want cleaner animations with simpler movement Soul Calibur does that perfectly.
IriquoisPliskin556 I agree; it should take skill to dance. However, it can be a bit more accessible and artistic. To my original point, I don’t think the developers meant to design a fighting game over the past 20 years, where each character has +100 moves, for professional competitors to spaz backwards from each other and not engage. I would like to see the pros play with a bit more risk, and style. I believe I have heard Harada mention improving backward movement in an interview, but I’m not 100%.
@@gabetrinidad1016 No one cares that you want to see pros play with "risk and style". You're being that guy that's always in the bar during a UFC match or some shit wondering out loud why the fighters don't just run into each other and start throwing haymakers. If you were playing to win a $50000 tournament would you just lightdash in and try to style with a 6x EWGF? No. You'd try to minimize the risks you take.
And Tekken isn't accessible you're right, they need to put together a tutorial for new players to actually get into their game, but there's a fine line between making something accessible vs dumbing it down, and I'd rather the movement didn't try to do anything like that at all.
Lmao this guy thinks a game's combat mechanics are like reality. No art or combat skill is better over the other. They have their fair share of pros and cons.
You took that way too seriously
keep on thinking that games are like reality.
He's a tekken player not a martial artist don't blame him for not knowing better
Being somebody who has actually trained before they do have similarities ......
Whiff ?
Reads ?
Learning patterns ?
Sure IRL revolves around a pain tolerance and physical strength
But the technique , timing , reading , and pressure are both in real fights
and fighting games
And sure you can say This is better than that because this and that .
But some fighting styles are more practical than others easily .
Demm Bonez damn you took it even more seriously than the first guy
But he lost always loses and also never won a twt tournament
Did you?
@@fallingmars50 Am I a pro gamer you idiot? God use your brain from time to time it really helps
