I had a 92 LX 5.0 in Calypso Green with a black top. My favorite Mustang I had out of the 3 I've owned. The 5 spd catless lil beast could whip it around 3 times so effortlessly. Truly the funnest car I've owned. Sure do miss it
I love seeing the younger generation getting into the older foxes. You two respect the era! I like how you said the GT350 and the more modern Benz might be a little faster but the fox body just hit a little bit different. The muscle cars do this through the different eras!! That is an extremely cool car. I had an emerald green 91 fox FBO, fun little car. Lost my ass on it and had to sell. Want another one day. I have 400whp now in 4th gen fbody and it’s a lot of fun. I could imagine a blown fox at 400whp being even more fun

Yeah it definitely has enough horsepower to be fun! I agree 500whp is probably the perfect power to weight ratio in these cars. I still remember this review like it was yesterday because of how fun it was haha
I had one of those as a State Police officer tried to pull me over one time. I had just been fired and was a little bit upset - pissed off. I was on a motorcycle in the winter time. State boy in 5.0 Well, there's no way I can outrun him. So I jumped the expressway and looked down at him skidding and trying to stop spinning in circles. I was gone. Since then all off ramps of expressways have walls all the way out to where the ramp begins. I was as high as the changing lights flying through the air. If not higher. Since then I am no longer against the law. I'm for the law now and wish they would get all that protects us more $$ and firefighters. Most of them are walk-ons. They need better pay or the walk-ons will walk into a different job

Currently has a center force but prior to this I ran an oreillys heavy duty clutch with no issues it outlasted 3 t5s lol only reason I got rid of it is because I upgraded transmissions

Those are 17 inch pony "r" wheels...there 17x8 or 17x9 maybe both depending on front/rear not sure. They give the car a much better look than original 16x7 pony wheels. So those are not stock wheels idk if you knew that or not. It gives the car an oem+ appearance which many people are after. Never was a fan of the pony wheels but the 17 inch versions do look much better.
My foxbody will break tires loose at 60 with a built engine and procharger. Got another one with a built engine and a kenne bell and its nowhere near as fast but will break tires loose like you are in this video. Both cars very fun to drive but it gets scary with the higher HP one
Looks like teal to me. In 1993, Mustangs didn’t have Emerald Green as an option. I have 2 1992 Mustangs in Emerald Green and they are darker than this car.
It's a 93 bro? What's wrong with period correct mods? It's clearly just a fun clean street car and Def fills that role nicely. I imagine it wasn't put together with the idea of setting records. I like a nice clean simple build that moves pretty good for what it is and that is exactly what this is.

I put subframe connectors before I did any performance modifications definitely recommend them on all foxes.
