RDC stop hoodwinking the business owner as u are politicking coz the business owner is financially distressed and had rental arrears he failed to meet over time thus the bailiffs used the distress order to secure their payment and u can only ensure that the owner loses assets only equivalent to the rent arrears,retention of lawyers hired during the court process and charges of the bailiffs but securing of tenancy again by the same tenant is very unlikely with the same landlords coz his reputation is ruined b4 them but i feel sorry for the owner and thats an indictment of a frail economy that businesses are closing shop
You sound western,go back to the state house and put down a proposal of being given support then venture into a church since it's business in Uganda's economy under this regime!
