    She the first female Hasidic on the new york supreme court, that is so shocking! The new york supreme court is not the highest state court, in New York it is generally the court of first instance with general jurisdiction, IE the lower court. Considering the habit of observant jews to study Halacha, it does lend itself for jews to become lawyers but to think it took that long for a hasidic woman to become a Judge in New York. Mind blown.

    Fantastic- I love ruchi- but learn grammar. G-D made men and women DIFFERENT, not differently. It's an adjective (relates to the men and women) not an adverb

      @@CountryBoy-AR but G-d created men and women DIFFERENT- that's an adjective cos it modifies the men and women. If there is something different about the act of creation, it would be ' differently'
      I'm going to bake this differently, for example, means I am going to use another method.
      I am going to make the cake different from the cookie means the objects will come out different.
