    i think Kenya is being run by the most idiotic leadership on earth,people come to your offices n you gladly approve their structers n you give then the leeway n proper documentation, 5yrs later you come back n destroy their heard earned lively hood.If the government agency's were played why not start with those in charge from nema to city council n make them reimburse the investors money.We are a country that depends on the private sectors yet our offices are smeared with graft,how are we supported to improve our confidence with our investors with unaccountability...by the way why was taj mall spared n yet it was build on road reserves??????

Tuone hawa wahindi na racism yao watasema nini? You come to kenya to dispose your corrupt money. Its a pity how our financial system is susceptible to money laundering. Go to somalia, South sudan or elsewhere. South Sudanese real estate business should also be watched closely. If they build big buildings/malls on illegal land zibomolewe. If they build on genuine land then give it back to the people of SS. Blood money should never be accepted in Kenya.

      so true

    • @NormanBarasa
      @NormanBarasa Před 6 lety +3

      Stevey Kimson If you calculate the time i have lost in traffic in the outering road. I think it rounds up to approximately 96 hours. This when divided by 12 hours a day rounds up to a whooping 8 days. 8 days sitting in a car doing nothing but waste of fuel. You can see this happenning to all people in Embakasi. A whole economy is being dragged down by hungry tycoons. The whole of Kenya has the same issue. Traffic Traffic Traffic!
      Also the Sudanese and Somalis are building big projects but their money comes from their war torn countries. People there don't have food,water or good health. They make prices of land to skyrocket. We Kenyans can't own land in some places in kenya because a Somali comes and buys that land at a price 10 times the value of the land. If you say that is foreign investment then we need to educate Kenya. We need to investigate the sources of money coming to kenya from our neighbours. I am glad the USA saw this and warned Kenya.

Its the NEMA officials who pretend to be protectors of the environment + urban planners who approve these buildings and investments. Can they be exposed by the media so that we can see the faces who are truly responsible - they are always hidden somewhere in the background in close door parliamentary hearings. To me, Its not these Indians who are ultimately responsible. Its NEMA & govt agencies.
