So much great info in there, i haven't done an Ultra yet it's on my bucket list. I was supposed to be doing the Longhorn in April but family problems have shattered my training so i'm just going to do the 30k. I hope the race went well.
Hope this went really well! Got my first ultra at the GreenMan (Bristol) in a month so watching loads of these type videos, yours is very helpful! Shoes is the only thing I am absolutely sure of!
hey sarah good luck tomorrow id recommend starting in those inov8's the first bit out of coverack into cadgwith and kynance is pretty slippery/muddy until porthleven then running from there till mousehole is really runnable. id probably save your comfortable lonepeaks for the lands end to st ives section have a great day ' you and everyone taking part
