I think that the time apart between the episodes let them air out any rubbing the wrong way they did when they spent a decade doing the show, and only kept the fun moments they remembered together. They seem to get along even better now than before.

I didn’t even bother to watch the video of Mulder and Scully bloopers because I immediately disliked the idiotic lyrics of the song that was obnoxiously playing.
And, the clips buzzed through so fast, it was dizzying.
