I just get naked and go up to a bucket of grease and just take a brush and start brushing it all over myself. Then I dump a bag of goose feathers on myself for insulation. Afterwards I spray paint the feathers Hi-Vis orange a bit followed by a misting of Marvel Mystery Oil for extra waterproofing and for the aroma. Now I look professional and suspicious so no one talks to me while I'm working. When the day is done, I jump in the lake, rinse and repeat for the next day, unless I get arrested.

Overalls tend to be sized by chest, but if you've got bodybuilder arms then you may struggle to find any with big enough sleeves. You may find a bib overall and jacket a better option. When I was serving my apprenticeship at the steelworks the guys all had broad shoulders and the coveralls (boilersuits) were very outsized to fit the shoulders, but hung loose at the waist and crotch. I'm not going to lie, I loved that unintentional hip-hop look.
If you're tall, don't get coveralls that are too short on the body length, as they can put a lot of pressure on your spine. The best sizing is baggy with plenty of freedom for movement, including reaching overhead.
