Sankar brother I am also facing the same issue like you for the jaguar diverter. Most of the times that lever is coming out and the plumbers also saying it's a failure model. If you know any permanent fix for that, kindly let everyone know in any of your video.
Informative for people like me who are curious in constructing own house, but sir, could you say me how did you handled the labour for fullfiling the important minor works i.e an usual labour mindset will not work in a substantive mode, they will come finish a task in a outline manner, but will not complete it in paka finish manner, pls guide us ?👍👍👍👍👏

Pls gv ur suggestion bcz many saying in wall mounted hidden tank is tough to maintain if it get block!!! ... Pls reply. . By the way ur bathroom tour is superb and neat..... Felt normal.
I used flush valve. It is simple to repair & no need to worry about small tank near closet. Flush value take water straight from water tank. I recommend open tank if the source water has lot of salt content, open tank are the most easiest to maintain & repair. It works for years without any much issues.

Most people using concealed tank for wc however you are using Metropole flush valve like buy hotels, mall and airport... This is real good one if water pressure is good... Also you said, instead of diverter better we can have two separate taps hot n cold water... very good point... In my opinion and usage both diverter/mixer is not good.... good video bro.

Shankar , use shampoo to clean closet so that you can maintain it stainless quite a long time. Acid based cleansers will peel off the wax coating and make the stains permanent.
