Gorgeous!! All your work is out of this world.
A year or so before he married my mother my father bought a shiny new '52 Hudson Hornet. He loved the car, said it was fast for the time but was very, very hard on fuel. He admits that could have been his lead foot though. He traded it for a '54 Mercury Monarch.
Wonderful to see a great custom Hornet, TR.
Looks AWESOME as all of your cars turn out.
Thanks for sponsoring this invitational, Lee. Beautiful work on making this the official Wee Little Cars NASCAR entry! Yes, the yellow/black combo was just perfect for a Hornet! The decals look very sharp. All that bare metal prep pays off in a pristine paint job. Looking forward to seeing your Majorette Porsche next month for my 1 year anniversary build. Thanks for taking part. That means a lot to me. A big Daytona 500 thumbs up from Switzerland - Andrew 🍁👍
Great custom, and, as always, a top tune to accompany it. Willie Nelson and B. B. King? Yes please! Nice one.
Nice build and paint job 👍👍
Truth in advertising - that truly is a Wee Hudson Hornet 😂...and a beautiful one at that. And the music...there’s something perfect about BB King and Willie Nelson together.
Very cool, do like the little history lesson with the video’s too
The black on yellow absolutely works great and the redlines are a very nice addition ! 🍻
That is bloody good, mate. Cheere.
Great job love the yellow color and custom decals
Clean beautiful car! Mine's coming up in the morning!
Love the color and the red lines look awesome! Have a great weekend
Looks good there! In fact all of the build in this Hudson Hornet series looks awesome
Great job Lee it looks fantastic 👍👍😊
super cool love that pint but mostly those redlines
Love it, thank you!
Beautiful Hudson Lee. Love it. Enjoy the rest of the builds coming up. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful race car for your channel Lee! I don't know why, but I always think of cars like the Hornet as only in dark colors. Yet, your yellow and black theme really works here. That paint job is spectacular, just goes to show how important the prep is. While I wouldn't have chosen red line wheels for this, they really seem to work well. Great job as always!!
Thanks for setting up this invitational, I really love seeing everyone's take on this casting. Thanks for sharing, stay safe, and keep on keeping on!!
Hi Lee,
This reminded me of my grandfather who owned a Hudson.
I loved the music!
Take care. Bart
Great job Lee and that would look great next to the General WEE, and hope to see a picture of them side by side. 👍👍👍👍👍
Nicely done!
SOOOOOOO KOOOOOOOLLLLL .....
Great work as always . You hit it out of the park , way out .
Great job, very clean, love the color 👍 total opposite of my build and that's why I love this hobby 💪🏁
Nice color scheme. Looks really good
Just want to say it doesn't go unnoticed what an awesome job you do on prepping your castings for paint. Great job Lee!
I was excited to see your build, and. it didn't disappoint! Great build Lee!
Nice yellow it pop's and rims are perfec cool build
Great wee racer Lee! Love the color!
Looks good, now it's time to race them! Maybe put a little led inside it.
Love the redines and colour choice, Lee😀. Outstanding!
Looks Amazing Lee! Im loving all the car names tied into their channels. Great idea for the build.
Nice WEE Hudson you got there Lee! Sweet. cheer's Tassie John
I remember Nash-Rambler and I wasn't aware of the Hudson connection, thanks for that info. Speaking of Rambler does anyone remember the. "E" stick? When I started with Bell in 1965 the manager's drove to the various job locations in a boxy looking Rambler with the 3 speed "E" stick transmission. The car used an electrical hydraulic clutch and no clutch pedal. Manual shifting was required but the clutch was controlled automatically. Great job on the paint and decals Lee.
Best wishes.
The black graphics really go well against the yellow base, nice work Lee 👍😁
Very cool!!
Awesome build 👍🏻🔥🤘🏻, when Earnhart passed I stop watching
Diggin the ride.....
The history of the Hudson is intriguing, I was not aware of the relationship to AMC! Great build!
Love everything about this one my friend. Perfect in every way.
Lee, shouldn't the wee-wee Hornet be the #01?
#02 =💩
