    Bigfoot saved me. Southwest Georgia has some strange legends and things...til they become real. Last year on August 12th, 2021. I have been leaving food behind my house for a creature that had been seen a few times. It stands between 7 1/2 to 8 foot tall with dark brown and black hair. He would just sometimes watch me as i went about working in the yard. I never feel threatened. So i started leaving apples, grapes, bananas etc for him on a stump that he hung around alot. Food was always gone when i went to supply more. That august night i grabbed some coffee and a book to read just to relax. Having one dim light on while reading put me in a calm state. About an hour or two later i heard glass break in my guest bedroom. I live alone and was by myself. I froze. I could hear shuffling, and you could tell someone or something was coming into the house. I eased out of the chair, tiptoed to the doorway. I could see a human shape trying to pull his self into the room. The outside security light dimly and as the guy was pulling his self inside two large hands grabbed him by his shoulders snatching him out of the house and the guy started running away with the hairy creature right behind him. I had my weapon still in my hand and thought "well I didn't need this." I called the law and told them about it and also said he saw my weapon and was scared away. Nothing else. While standing outside waiting on the deputy I heard stomping foot steps and someone breathing hard like they had ran and was out of breath. I saw him. He was coming back by the house but in the woods headed to his territory. I hollered, "Thank You!". He kept going. Why not tell the law about him? 1#-they would think i was crazy. 2#- Dont want them to know about him and his group. Keep him safe. I sleep good at night because I have something better than a junk yard guard dog and he's very protective. Did they ever find the guy? Nope. Nothing else was said. Is he alive? Don't know but maybe just maybe I don't want to know. ~Tehya~

    Just discovered and love your channel! Thank Cam Bruckner! I love listening to a story before sleep, but I'm a little deaf with bad tinnitus so I sometimes have trouble without captions. Especially with the higher pitch of a female voice, but thanks to Cam, I now have you and Neoma to listen to! With my tinnitus and insomnia I HAVE to have something to distract me from the noises in my head...lol Cam, Neoma and Lynn Smith, and now you, are my go to for stories! And sometimes Dr. Creepen when I'm hankerin for an English accent. A story or 2 from y'all, an hour or so of Winterfell melancholy music into an hour or so of gentle rain and thunder, then finish off with some brown noise that sounds just like the plane I used to fly on while in the Air Force. That way when I wake up, which I do often when I do sleep, I'm not in silence. Thank you for all the stories and giving people a safe place to tell their story without judgment. Thanks for keeping me entertained and sane... lol❣🇨🇱

    I’m so fascinated by these stories and I do believe they exist. Reminds me of an experience we had in Kauai. We didn’t see one but as we were hiking everything got so quiet all of a sudden and I remember we just looked at each other and then we heard footsteps right behind us but there was nothing there. Just that feeling of being watched for a while. After a while the birds started singing again and everything felt normal. Didn’t know what to make of it. I know it sounds crazy but I always say a prayer before going into those long hikes and ask nature for permission to enter their beautiful home. I let them know we are only there for a few hours and will leave everything as is and will not take anything with us. Nature is where I feel most connected to God. I envy people who live so close to nature and have those experiences.

    • @jtzoltan
      @jtzoltan Před 10 měsíci +1

      That's profound, I think that kind of practice is worthwhile and correct, even if you are someone agnostic or leaning towards generally skeptical of any thing people tend to call "supernatural". Hyper skepticism and ridicule of spiritual beliefs, "supernatural" experiences, things not described by science or common experience, etc.. it stiffles actual wonder and openess to the mystery of the world (and the vastness of its mystery should be apparent to thinking people) and robs our culture of the "spiritual" however one conceptualizes that, and of deep connection to life.
      Judging by some of the experiences shared on these channels, it sounds like intention and attitude may somehow be perceptible to these creatures as they observe people.

    This comment is for the young gentleman who saw the baby's bigfoot at Northwest Trek...I have a strong feeling that the "stump" the little guy you saw standing on very well could have been "Momma" Bigfoot but you couldn't see here at all because of their amazing talent of camouflaging themselves.
    I bet as soon as the bus you were on drove by, she stood up and calmly went on about their business as usual.
    I'm thinking the baby had yet to develop his/her own ability to "cloak" itself even though it's momma was right underneath.
    Just a thought.
    I live down in Olympia and am trying to get the courage up to go visit a few of the local hotspots where these hairy folk have been sighted regularly for decades.
    Thanks for sharing your story.

    The story of the Nathanial the hunter reminds me of my grandfather, he always told me that you will never find the divine in a building but only in nature, to never take more then you need and to honor the sacrifices that have been made for your survival.

    I really like listening to these encounters. Ive never had one but i used to spend hours in the woods with my late husband. I would go off by myself to read a book while he hunted. I remember one particular time hearing screams unlike i had ever heard before. I have wondered to this day if it was a Big foot. This was the Eastern Oregon Blue Mountains by Vey Ranch.

      Steve, thanks for sending your encounter in. I first heard these Human- like scream, then the African Lion roar and a miserable, God forsaken moan trailing into another scream curling up a bit at the end. Also the 2 notes at the same time is what I have heard with Lung capacity galore.

      Steve, from Michigan: When I had my "encounter," I was in a state park here in Iowa. No sounds or smells of any kind, 1st day Summer, 2006. The breeze blowing away from me or possibly a cross-wind. I was walking under the trees because it was so much cooler. Then I saw the footprint in the mud & did a double-take & went back to examine the print. Wrong thing to do. All of a sudden there were no park sounds, no bees buzzing, no birds twittering, just no sound. It unnerved me. I stood there freaking out because there were no sounds whatsoever & hearing nothing made me extremely nervous. Took place in Wild Cat Den State Park, Iowa, just north of Muscatine, Iowa on the West side of the Mississippi River. I am part of those who have encountered these creatures & have come away with my life intact & in the know. Haven't been back there since.

      I haven’t had one either but while riding up on a pass one day near aspen Colorsdo I can’t remember that pass name. Anywsy we had a small yorkie who alwsys was with us. We stopped up on the pass to let him relieve himself. He loved to run around and sniff everything in sight. Oh it was Independence pass, the dog did his business and sniffed a little suddenly he ran to the car, we jokingly said to each other, wow he didn’t like that smell. Whatever it was. Well if it scared him cause he wasn’t afraid of anything even to his own bad or good we knew he didn’t like thst sniff. We only heard a sound of something in the brush. We got back in the car and left. I always wondered what it could be. It could have been a Bear, but we never saw it. But then when I thought about it all these years later I thought possibly a BF. I’ll never know. It’s a funny memory to me. We had no idea about BF back then. No doubt we would have been scared silly if we had seen it. Lol

    In Knob Noster, Missouri, three miles from Whiteman Air Force Base home of the B2 Bombers, my cousin and I saw what seemed like a B2 hovering very low and absolutely silent above us. The back was beautifully scalloped, whereas all pictures I've seen of B2s show angular backs, no curves. And B2s taking off are shake the windows loud.
