Sorry I don't have the answer. I suspect that the only repair to this, as with the plastic valve cover is the replacement of gaskets. When searching for parts (PCV valve, spring....)it all kind of leads back to replacement rather than repair.

They probably put those screws on with a drill or that was a return item
no telling most of these things start in a Chinese factory..
@michaelwhitehair9103 I got a silver one and it worked perfect. As long as you use the sequence the valve cover requires to tighten you'll be fine
