Boo To You Parade Sept 2023 at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Get a front row seat for the parade. This is at the start point of the parade route. The Headless Horseman actually comes out first to kick it off, but we did not get the video started in time. This is Dawn's favorite parade !!

5:47 What’s your opinion of those scarecrows? To me: I like those scarecrows. They seem interested. I’m going to see them in the parade on the 23rd in the next 2 weeks. I’m gonna have my scarecrow makeup on, my candy corn fingernails with white, yellow, & orange, and my outfit that may look like a scarecrow. I bet the reactions from the scarecrows will be surprised.
