Awesome to see you in spirit. Love that little drone of yours coming back to you in homage. Beautiful blue lake and landscape. Looking forward to a luminous outlook in the New Year, for you my dear. and all of mankind. Much love. Always. Blessings.
Kinda hate the lack of Videos but super happy you have uploaded something and as usual awesome footage and so jealous of the footage.....Keep uploading buddy and enjoy what your doing !!!
We'll see what absurdity I might get up to, but yeah I'm doing a NYE party event thing, mid-Jan a tourism conference in Bangkok kinda' thing, end of Jan a corporate conference kinda thing in Vietnam. Wish that could all be FPV flying instead, but nah lol. February free-ish, maybe I'll get some odd projects done, we'll see 😅.
Vietnam rocks dude I have been there twice this year and nothing but praise about the place...And if we had the choice we would all be flying FPV bro.@@STRIKINGFPV
Good to see you doing well and getting Job you like " I guess ", Do what you like and enjoy it, Striking not Stressing 😁 Quick question, what do foreign need to fly FPV in Thailand?
Haha, I try. StressingFPV has a ring to it though 😆. To fly FPV legally here you need to rego yourself with the NBTC (for radio frequency usage), then take that document and throw it at an insurance company to get the drone insured, then take that document and throw it at the CAAT to register the drone in general. The CAAT part takes the longest, 1 to 3 weeks on average for them to say okay assuming the paperwork is good. Helps to be in-country on a real visa rather than a visa-exempt situation - I'm not sure if visa-exempt will fly. The good news is all this can be done online, with payment done via local bank transfer or PromptPay. If you're currently out of country, then technically it's impossible to sort out until you're in with the entry stamp in your passport. In that case, you might end up doing what most do anyway and just fly illegally because the likelihood of getting done by the police is relatively low, especially if you don't fly irresponsibly. Many (regular or FPV) drone pilots here, including local commercial ones, probably still unregistered, or at least started-off not bothering with rego until much later in the game.
how's it going bro! glad your still making vids. im in Thailand now. came on holiday, but I just started flying fpv so its also my first exploration shoot. and wouldn't you know it, broke my ankle in Koh change first fpv outing... but even thought I cant walk, I can still fly!! im in Chiang Mai now, be in Phuket next week. got any advice for a novice fps pilot in Thailand?
